One of the worst bus companies Ive taken in Africa. Bus was old, full of roaches, and eventually broke down. We were stranded for more than an hour on a mountain side waiting for the bus to be fixed then a few hours at the border. The customer service is the worst. They dont help you at the border and worse dont tell you when someone is trying to scam you. You are better off flying or taking a better bus

One of the worst bus companies Ive seen!! I n my wife booked to travel from Dar to Kla on 4th January 2020 only to be told that the bus was traveling on the next day.Unaware of wht to do, the agent by the name Solomon contacted another bus to take us to Bukoba whr were to connect to Kla.He got for us MJ Safari only to be dumped at Kahama as the bus was traveling to Geita.The conductor of MJ Safari was unaware about the issues as the one who was in charge by the name Amiina didnt travel with us.The agent of Taqwa in Dar ie Solomon refused to pick our calls, even Amiina also refused to pick up the phone!We picked a coaster to take us to Bukoba whr we were to connect to Kla.On the coaster we met a gentleman with a family of five and was also like us though for him he hd travelled with friends bus. For him he was even cheated more than us!!We were told that its the same story in Dar, thats what they do !!Those who intend to travel from Dar to Kla take note.ILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH TAQWA COACHES N THOSE AGENTS ARE SPOILING UR BUSINESS.

The one star is too much as this company has a very poor service from lubumbshi to dar es salam.Below are only a few bad points.1. Impolite workers2. Very dirty seats, coach3. Rain water gets in the coach through gaps4. Its basically a cargo service and people get to seat in with it5. Bad smellAVOID AVOID AVOID, GET THE PLANE IF POSSIBLE.

A convinient booking office to most international routes from Dar es Salaam to Harare..Lubumbashi..Lilongwe....Lusaka...Nairobi...Livingstone...Bulawayo...Cases of robberies have been recorded lately around the Kariakoo areas..whereby thieves on bikes or moving cars grab handbags on the move.

Liaison Lilongwe Dar es salam, not expensive at 30,000 kwacha but it is the only positive point.Bus out of age, dirt difficult to describe with even a mattress on the ground so that employees can sleep.It rains on the bus during the numerous rainfalls, all in an overloaded bus with travelers on the ground for 24 hours, the staff (except nice driver) is really rude he only thinks about their tickets and restarts the bus before even that everyone is on board during the rare breaks that last 5 minutes max despite the absence of toilets on the bus.We arrived 6 hours early and headed for the dry cleaners to wash all our belongings.
