Dar express has started collapsing, very poor sit and bus conditions, no customer service, has very arrogant conductors more so with long-distance travellers I would not recommend this bus to any one who is travelling long distance.

I used this company to make a trip from Dar to arusha. The bus was ok no more. I was able to benefit from the two seats just behind the driver (1st class because more legroom but not huge those behind me were so small that we constantly knocked our kneesother passengers in the back each time he moved. the drivers conduct was exceptional. it is better to have a good heart. This is the mode of driving here but it is even more frightening in a bus. I was entitled to a luggage strap as a seat belt and that of my husband could not be adjusted. the padding of the seats is almost nonexistent which is difficult to bear when we make almost 12 hours of travel. if I would have taken Kilimanjaro express.However, price level nothing to say. € 13 per person and the agent who took care of us on the bus was very attentive
