Comfortable bus. Poor service on board. Loud music and inappropriate TV shows given toddlers and kids are onboard. I had a complaint to the management but thankfully they listened and promised to improve.

We book Tahmeed from Dar to Kenya. We got the worst treatment 😪 that left one of our friend in hospital. They were so rude and arrogant they told us nothing we can do about it their boss is so rich that even if we complain online its a waste of time.We went to buy lunch take away they left us their.We went back to the office to call them they refused to help us.I dont even have strength to write now. Most racist bus company. If you are BLACK AFRICAN DONT DARE BOOK WITH THEM.

Great local booking office in the centre of Dar es Salaam. No need to go to faraway Ubungo bus terminal. The service is swift and kind. Also the bus leaves from here. And to comfort you until departure vendors are there with fresh coffee and snacks you buy for on the way

He is unprofessional, rude and worst of all , he said we should call him when we were near and the next thing he blocked our number for no reason at all.even when we were in their office .we tried to call , still he had blocked us.He is so incompetent.

Will never catch another Tahmeed bus again! While the departure time was very punctual, the bus conductor was extremely rude, pushy and consistently asking for brides and threatening to leave you behind at the border for no apparent reason. Air conditioning didnt appear to work or they were trying to save money. Be careful if you take one of these buses and dont give them the money.

Our family of 5 traveled from Moshi to DSM yesterday 6th Jan 19 for the first time by Tahmeed..and it was an experience of its own.Most of the reclining seat are not working and are stuck in different angles, most of the TV in the whole bus were not working, the whole bus was rattling with sounds and noises, some leg rests are broken....so its NOT at all the way they show you the images of the bus when you go to buy the tickets at their offices.To top it to the problems...they shifted us to another bus on the mid-way giving reason that the other bus need Head lights as they are heading to NBO and the only bus with good headlight was our bus so we have to swap buses ,i.e. coming out of the bus going to the luggage compartment and locating our baggage and arranging to carry it by ourself to the other bus as the helpers they had ,were very few and there was risk of baggage losses.This other bus had similar problems as above, and in addition the AIR CONDITIONER was not working... a/c water leakages was imminent on the seats and bus was not cooling at all...Finally everyone decided to just open the windows so basically they charged us for a full ac bus whereas it was not.When the bus stops at restaurant stop points,they dont even announce the time period that the bus will be stopping.so we just have to be alert least the bus leaves you.Above are eye-opener constructive criticisms ,if at all the owners want to survive the stiff competition on these routes...else it will take no time for them to be thrown out of the competition as much bigger competition is still to come!! so pull up your socks guys!

The 2nd bus has one of the best conductors... Hassan is one of the best conductors in bus service, extremely client caring and best services. Keep it up... He does his work whole heartedly.... Bus extremely comfortable and smooth travel.Would give it 5 star only thing the driver was in a hurry and he would leave back passengers even at the hotel waiting period 5mins... How can 37 passengers assist themselves in 5mins... But hassan managed it well. Keep it up

We got the early morning 05.30am Dar-e-Salam bus from Ukunda. Arranging this over phone turned out to be a little tricky and we booked the tickets online and boarded the bus infront of Ukunda Post at around 6.30am. The bus staff runs behind you at the border checkpost to get visa done on time - annoying at first, but a blessing in disguise because you are out in no time. The seats are wide, with USB charging points and very comfortable. There were 2 breaks on the way and we reached Dar by 15.30pm. Overall a good experience with helpful staff.

😡😡we confirmed our ticket to Mombasa from Dar e salaam from the ticket counter of Tahmeed but the person of the tkt counter cheated us by taking higher money than d tkt. We knew it later on d travelld day that they took 75000 TZS inatead of its cost of 35000TZS, ..so its really very bad for tourist being cheated by d authorised person.it brings bad impression onTahmeed for the tourist,this is d serious matter it should be corrected..i hv all d proof of it😢
