Terrible bus company. We were to leave Dar for Moshi at 3pm but ended up leaving at around 5pm. There were people who had been waiting for the same bus to leave at 1pm. I was overcharged by Tsh 3,000 probably because I looked ‘different’ . The staff in the bus are rude. I asked why I was overcharged…the conductor couldn’t bring himself to answer me. I’d never book with them ever again.

I received a parcel of a camping tent and glasses from Kampala Uganda, that was meant to be posted in moshi Tanzania, the parcel was taken to dar instead and nobody had an idea about it until I made the investigation, the parcel was then put on a bus to Kampala that was to pass in moshi but still it wasn’t offloaded, i told Stella the booking lady in moshi about it and he called the bus conductors so they would offload it at namanga the boarder to Kenya and Tanzania. The bus back to daresalaam from Kampala still left the parcel at the boarder I am so annoyed and in distress and disappointment still haven’t got the parcel I blame Stella the moshi office lady and musa the conductor who were given the parcel. The parcel contained an expensive camping tent, cups glasses and plates, Saibaba management please look into this. It will probably happen again to someone else

They take more time answering phone calls but they do serve good. The three stars is because I had to call 3 times
