The bus services claim to have a charging dock and a plug input but always, and I mean ALWAYS( since Ive travelled alot using modern coast) the plug is just there for show!. It never has electricity and it never charges my phone! This is indeed a rip off.

The person dealing with issuing out parcels specifically on the 10th of May, 2019, in Kampala main office at Wediton street, Kampala, is unreasonable. I understand that you want anID to show that its the right person picking it, but wasnt aware of that because its my first time... instead of him calling the number on the parcel to prove that its me, he refused completely and kept me waiting for more than an hour. I really do not understand how this customer care service is..but Im really disappointed by this and I hope you work on this problem.

Ok generally. But once got a pretty rotten deal. Booked for a luxury bus but rode a ramshackle. And no apologies.

They shifted they arent where I thought they are.. and the sad thing is that they didnt put anything to show where they are thus days..

The attendant conned me & refused to issue a receipt for a parcel I was sending to Nairobi. Parcel got to the destination but I was overcharged

Manageable service. IE slooow... Dirtiest toilets in Africa. Avoid if you can.

The only space for picking and dropping off is occupied by taxis, the waiting lounge so small and staff are borderline hostile
