The coffee was good.. Some of their cakes was too dry, not good.. Their milkshake was okay but they didnt have frappes coz they didnt have ice... Its an okay place

Great but did not insert nicely the wording on my daughters birthday cake on 26.11.21 as the lady concerned was also speaking to other customers while doing so. Hence, the wording was not accurate as it usually has to.

Royal oven bakery are amazing, what their baking is also amazing, good service from the workers there and let me not start with their cakes yummy yummy so yummy I love the red velvet cake, chocolate cake, black forest so yummy, and white forest so much yummy. The breads are smoothie and other bites just delicious.If you like bites that is a place to go.And the price is affordable

Royal Oven has great service, they make it easy for you nowdays you dont have to get out your car. I spent some time at the bakery ordering a simple cake but making it complicated😅 but the lady was with me helping me every step as I changed my decision again and again. Their bites are quite delicious also.

Great customer care services, art of baking really demonstrated. Every variety you need can be found there from wheat flour made products to mtori and sekela 😋.The chapatis are big and one can make you full and energetic for the whole day.

The chapatis are big and youre able to get full but after two days they expire. Ive been loyal customer for many and years and yesterday you sold me expired bread am very disappointed the management should check on the staffs hygiene to avoid food poisoning and ensure that you dont sell spoilt items.

You get attended to as soon as you walk in, though orders may take longer, as other customers (who walk in after you, but with shorter orders) get served before you. The staff are all well-spoken and attentive. I usually get brown bread, kebabs, choc muffins and brownie cakes, all of which are pretty good.

Great place with lots of good cakes, bread, sandwich. Anything wheat related. They have great chapati.

Nice and lively little bakery even at night. They also have basic groceries like juice, condiments, crisps and theres a water salesman nearby. I wish I had gone here more often instead of going all the way to the supermarket. The staff are sometimes a bit... forward, which Im not a fan of. Probably a cultural thing.

The customer service was great...I love their chapatis and burgers but Im not quite sure if bites like samosas, kebabs and so on are usually fresh..otherwise, its a great place

I love this place. Their Mbezi location has the best grilled chicken and chapati. Thats all I ever order because its that darn good. The burgers are ok but ads breadcrumbs filling which I’m not a fan of.Be warned these chapati are HUGE. They are the perfect balance of salt and little extra sugar so that taste sweet enough to be addictive but not like pancakes. I haven’t tried any of the other cupcakes and bakery items because they look to dry for me. The sambusa and other fried items are good though.

The place has a lot of bites including different cakes for weddings, birthday and a range of snacks. All of it are of very good quality and delicious. Its for take-away.

I would say they need a chronological order of serving their customers due to any customer arriving after you gets all the attention, Id suggest using numbers for orders to be more effective and efficient

Amazing service, the ladies there are very friendly and very helpful, they help you through all the available snacks and help you decide which snacks to pick. There is also a place where you can get fast food like fries and fried chicken.

Too much oil on their bites, especially on kababu, samosa, egg chops. etcMay be for cakes and breads,Other wise u can have heart attack. I work near by so i know what saying...I dont know if they will ever change.
