Have been to Uganda, Kenya and last time Tanzania have always used Gofan Safaris and never regretted, They know how to plan everything, Where take you when. You can plan your own safari. Price wise was reasonable since we were not sold to other operators in Uganda or Kenya, they are small but have office in three countries.

We had a fantastic 6 nights camping safari with Gofan safaris through lake Natron, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. The driver Amos and the cook loved their job. Every evening we were asked what kind of soup we would like. We actually enjoyed the tour. MrMeena helped us in putting together the safari itinerary which we liked and paid for it.

For a local safari company I would give Gofan Safaris first class, they are well organized, I travelled in June 2017 but did the booking a year before that but paid only 50% and paid the rest on Arrival, shortly to say nothing went bad we enjoyed the whole journey.

For anyone out there looking forward to an african tour from personal experience you should try Gofan safaris. My wife and our two children of 6 and 10 years old, we all loved our Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari suggested by Gofan. YM

We travelled with Gofan Safaris several times with a school group and private to Ngoro Ngoro Crater, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Serengeti. They have very good guides and drivers and an excelllent. The guides know and tell you a lot about the animals.

We booked a 12 days northern circuit tour with Gofan safaris which took us through all national parks in the northern side of Tanzania, will always live to remember my Tanzanian safari and all the friends I made along the way.

We first booked a hotel in Arusha while we were still planning the safari, Meena helped us decide which safari was right, we visited lake manyara and Ngorongoro crater for a 4 nights safari, the crater was the best experience we ever had.

Inquired a honeymoon safari on Gofan safaris, after some few thinking we choose Zanzibar, we had perfect time scuba diving and sleeping and waking up to the waves, what more could we ask for.

Booked Gofan Safaris for Gorilla trekking in Virunga mountains in Uganda which holds about a third of the world’s population of all gorillas its was crazy and fun but in a good way, highly recommending them.

We met Joseph as our guide but left as our friend we had an incredible adventure safari enjoyed every animal, bird and trees the quietness, it was all we needed for a holiday.

For sure we had nothing to worry with 6 days of exploring Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti we enjoyed to the last minute in the end we were already saying we should plan out next visit and include Zanzibar in it.
