BEST TRIP EVERWe just came back from this trip and we still have our eyes full of stars.I’ve been traveling a lot until now but I never had an experience like this one.Hilary was really helpful and organized everything from this airport until we were leaving from Arusha.We decided to take the tent option and we enjoyed it so much. I let you do it to have the full experience and discover the surprises !A cooker was continuously cooking for us and the food was so delicious ! Our driver was driving really safely and always trying to teach us many things about history and animals.I hope to have the chance to come back as soon as I can !Thanks so much for this beautiful experience I will never ever forget it

Our Safari was just amazing, we could not be more thankful for that special experience! With Florid, our guide, we did not just have a great guide with huge knowledge about animals and the Tanzanian culture, we also found a new friend! All our questions were answered (we had a lot :D) and we were able to see more animals than we could have expected! Seeing wild animals like lions, cheetahs or elephants just a few meters next to your car leaves you speechless.The whole trip was just perfectly organized, from the first pick up at the airport, till leaving Arusha - the communication with Hilary was very easy and he responded usually just within minutes. We booked a 4 day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater with camping! Everything was perfectly planned, the food was amazing and the evenings were really special with great talks and a lot of fun!In the end I can say that all my expectations were totally excelled, I just feel very happy about having done this once in a lifetime experience with this great company! It was such an incredible tour ! I did 3 days safari with our driver Mandela and cook Salim. Mandela was always friendly while we were on a safari and explained about animals. Salim was the best cook ever in Tanzania! Always he cooked fresh and delicious food from breakfast until dinner. Also I really thanks to Ali who drove us from the airport and gave us many tips in Arusha. He was really helpful.We highly recommend this tour to people who are looking for a tour guide in Tanzania. This is your best choice!

Trot definitely exceeded our expectations providing an amazing and customized service for our 5 days safari trip package. Since the beginning, Hilary has been really nice and helpful with any kind of question or doubt we had and the day of our arrival he was waiting for us in the hotel ready to clarify any doubt and to help us with all the organization of airport transfer and accommodation needs.During our safari trip, we were assigned an excellent guide, who spent the 5 days with us. Fred delighted us with amazing knowledge about Tanzania’s wildlife, as well as incredible information about the national parks, Tanzanians history, among others. Also we were assigned a cook, Chales, who also spent the 5 days with us. The food was delicious and widely varied including local flavors and different cooking techniques.I would like to highlight the friendly attitude of Fred and Chales, as they did our trip 100% better, always laughing, helping and open to every kind of question and doubt we had.Finally, the accommodation provided by Trot were outstanding. The car was spacious and with all kind of features to improve our confort (from plugs, AC, and water bottles always available). The camping equipment was extremely comfortable and of high quality, which make our trip even better.I highly recommend Trot Safari for everyone who would like to have an incredible experience in Tanzania and I would definitely choose them again for my next visit to this beautiful country.

However even with low rate the service provided is high. Ilary was really available for all our questions and concerns all along the process of organization. Communication was super easy!We choose a 5 days camping safari and all went smoothly. In addition to the amazing memories we have of landscapes and animals, I really want to say that the team we had was incredible. We shared a lot and they clearly made our experience more then just a safari! Our guide was always available for all our questions and was providing tons of info ! Being our first time using Trot, they did proved themselves to be professional in how they handle their clients requests right from time of inquiry till the real time the service. Onesmo was extremely helpful and honest in each and every detail related to activities and adventures in the package we were offered. This company offers friendly accommodations and bush drives which was a great plus in our book, myself and my family had loads of fun with The driver guide right from arrival and all through the game drives. Onesmo was extremely knowledgeable and we even managed to spot a leopard on the tree, it was an amazing experience. A stay full of emotions! A superb safari with a fabulous team!A lovely driver who drives very well, gives lots of explanations, a chef who follows us throughout the stay and cooks divinely well.Camping was an unforgettable experience surrounded by animals, in very clean places.I highly recommend this agency!

I recommend the safaris, we took the 3 days and 2 nights camping package.An employee of the Ali agency picked us up from the airport to accompany us to our hotel, then gave us a very detailed briefing on the trip.Our driver Mandela was very professional and welcoming throughout the stay, not to mention our cook Salim who will make you a very good meal morning, noon and evening.
