We went on a 3 day safari trip with Jackpot Safaris and everything was just wonderful. Andrew and his family gave us a very warm welcome in Arusha and made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning. Super accommodating and super nice.We loved the diversity of trips, flora and fauna across the three days, saw so many animals up close and always felt super safe with our amazing guide Ibrahim. He took great care of the group and made sure we were happy!We will definitely be back!!!

I want to start by saying our safari with Jackpot safari was one of the best experience of my whole life. Everything start with the way we were hosted by Andrew ans his wonderful team. They put us at ease from the very beginning. The communication was great before and during the safari. They arranged to pick us once we got to Tanzania even after a huge delay from our transporter which made us arrived about 4hours late and passed midnight.Our guide Livingstone was very kind, and had a lot of knowledge about the wild life. We learn a lot of things thanks to him, you can definitely tell he is passionate and know what he is talking about. He is probably the best guide we could have and we really loved him! We also fell in love with our chief Benjamin and his delicious food ! Trust me it is something else !We also have to give a 10/10 to the accommodation. We chose to do one camping night and one night in a lodge. The camping was a thrilling one time experience that I would recommend to anyone ! The lodges on their side were wonderful ! It was super comfy and resting and the views and the sound of the animals at night were truly enjoyable.Choosing a safari can be tricky when you don’t know the surrounding but we were very happy with our choice. Thank you so much Andrew for this great experience that I hope I will be able to repeat. And it’s with all my love that I would recommend Jackpot safari !

We were a group of six people who initially wanted to go on safari in March 2020, but then, 5 days prior to our departure, the pandemic hit. We kept in touch with Andrew from Jackpot Safari throughout, and, two years later we finally had the pleasure of meeting him and experiencing his hospitality. Andrew planned everything with great detail, always making sure to keep six people happy at all times (which isn’t that easy, I’m sure about that - so big thankyou for this too!!). We went on a 3-day Safari… the crew was were wonderful - biggest kudos go out to our tour guide, Ibrahim, a very kind man who was always super respectful of the animals we saw, keeping the right distance and not being intrusive on their space. Asante sana! Now we want to come back for some more Safari action in the Serengeti!!

What an amazing African safari with the great team at Jackpot Tours. The safari was filled with a variety of wildlife and scenery - like actually experiencing a wildlife documentary. We went on a 4 day safari trip. We went to the Serengeti, Ngorogoro crater & lake Manyara. Our guide Freddy has 22+ years of safari-tour experience. He knows só much about the surrounding nature and animals. He made sure we saw the big five! Amazing! We also had an amazing chef, John. He made sure we had fresh, healthy and for me vegetarian food.The campings where very basic, but in my opinion made the experience even beter.

Serengeti ExperienceWe were a group of 4 who decided very last minute that we wanted to experience the migration in Serengeti. Andrew was referred to us and he managed to put together out trip in 2 days. He went out of his way to make our trip work.His guide Bernard was professional and knowledgeable and has eagle eyes. How he managed to see that leopard in the tree was amazing.We had the experience of a lifetime, lion prides and their cubs, mommy cheetah teaching her cubs to hunt - exciting but heartbreaking for the gazelle. We saw 62 different species.I highly recommend Andrew and his team from Jackpot Safaris.

We just finished 5 days safari trip with jackpot safaris,we would like to share our excellent experience with striking as an excellent local family run safari company,our guide on safari was with a lot of knowledge on the wild animals,the history and a lot of other information he gave us.Thomas is pleasant to be with(we had 5 days together in the jeep)and always with smile an kindness.price for the safari was fairly good based on the quality of services we received was good for the value of money!jackpot safaris manager Mr malalika can advise and align the trip to the budget you have.we had a day in Tarangire 2 days in Serengeti national park with overnight in safari camp inside the park which is very recommended 1 day in Ngongoro and 1 day in lake Manyara.during the five days we understood that Thomas is experienced guide in Kilimanjaro,so it was also possible to have a day climb to Kilimanjaro base camp in fair price or even have a full climb for several days with him.we really recommend jackpot safaris and the crews!

The manager Andrew helped us to custombuild a safari, from what we wanted to see. We went to Tarengire, Ngorongoro, Serengetti and back to Ngorongoro. After the safari the driver drove us to our residence in Arusha.The driver and guide is experienced and did a terrific job, including find our own leopard in Serengetti. Even though that we stopped many times to see different animals, did he manage to make it to the gates in time. He knows what he is doing. Our chef made some good and tasty food.We did see a large amount of different birds, many mammals and of course the big 5.

I have booked a three day safari with my friends. We had a conversation with the very friendly leader Andrew before we started and were able to ask all the questions that were answered. We had a very great guide Jummah who responded to every wish and a great cook who prepared very tasty food for us. It was a very great experience and the whole team was great. Andrew at Jackpot worked to get me in touch w someone in his network doing a group tour which excelled in all areas for me - transfer driver was timely and considerate, guide Mike w Avocet Tours was phenomenal, car was great, lunch just right. Andrew was tactfully persistent in making things happen for me. Good dude. Cost was super reasonable and value incredible for the price. The park and experience was “of a lifetime” for sure. LOVED IT. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and familiary company. The manager Andrew did not just managed the safari trip he held me to order all the other daytrips and to solve some problems that came up on my trip. Its is always good to have a local person that can help you and andrew will do this as much as he can. The driver on the safari was a very friendly person. He do all what he can to make this the trip of your life and i just can say it was the trip of my life.

We booked one thing and we received a totally different service, starting from the camping that was not the one agreed and of lower qualities where we could not sleep since tents and sleeping bag were in awful conditions, to the number of people in the tour (maximum should be 6 and we were 7) and we had to share the same seat on the jeep in two. Not really comfortable.We discovered we paid much more than the rest of the group. When we pointed out all these things the only answer was we are sorry. Not enough. Absolutely to avoid.Not serious, only a lot of chit-chat without facts.

I spent 7 days with a local agency called Jackpot Safaris. They organize the stay you want and make suggestions. The prices are attractive and the service is of high quality; Everything is clear and sure.My stay took place on:- Arusha NP (hotel african-view lodge - excellent hotel in terms of accommodation and meals), and a walk with an armed ranger- Tarangire NP (also excellent Kudu view lodge accommodation in Karatu, an enormous room and a service with care, excellent buffet)- Lake Manyara (same hotel: practical!)- Serengeti (exceptional hotel: Into Wild Africa of tents in nature, the lion which roars at night, a hyena which passes 5 meters from the tent, gazelles everywhere)- Ngorongoro (hotel Kudu view Logde)- last day at the foot of Kili, coffee plantation visit + walk in the forest at the foot of Kili, splendid view and we made our coffee ourselves brilliant)A top guide, kind, good driver and well organized (time in the parks is short) and who has a lynxs eye.A family business, we did the last day with the bosss eldest daughter and it was also great

Everything was perfect the welcome the professionalism of Andrew and Helen the choice of the guide Ibrahim who accompanied us for 7 days.I really recommend Andrews company a choice with confidence.

My 11 year old son and I experienced 3 fantastic days in three different national parks. Our driver Samuel drove us safely and with a lot of patience through beautiful landscapes. We saw many incredible species of wildlife thanks to him and were able to observe them for a long time. Our accommodations were good to very good and the packed lunches were very well filled.
