Most Poor Service. I represent Ifa Beach Resort located at Zanzibar, i received booking confirmation from this company by the person called JOSE SEGOVIA arriving from 4th October to 10 October for 5 people for a family Bungalow., but one day before their arrival date i called them to confirm their arrival time they just told me they cancelled.(with no reason, not even bothered to call me in advance or anything)I had a bad experience from them, It should be understood by tour operators that a last minute cancellation is a pain after closing up the room, they should consider it seriously.

We have lived an authentic adventure. We did an unforgettable safari through the National Parks of northern Tanzania and we were lucky to have Mapunda and Kiata as our guide and driver. With their kindness and professionalism they made the experience brutal, their energy and good humor made them not lose heart looking for animals for us to see. Nefarious experience, it has been a long time since I came across such an unprofessional company. I would call it scammed by a Spaniard in Tanzania. We have decided (we are still in Arusha) to dispense with the services of this company three days before it ends. As a sample, a button. I send photos of the hotel where they put us on the first day (We didnt let them do it twice). Back in Spain and safe from this company I posted a fragment of the whatsapp that this man sent me through another phone that said he had a complaint against me from Safari Bike Africa, a pearl in the rough the message: this is a warning that you will not fly tomorrow until you sort out with your agency. We shared your name to the airports and all security department. So its your decision whether you want to go back to your country safe or not They also threaten ... by the way, Mr. Pepe Segovia, a screenshot that can be made with Excel is not a bank receipt, which is what I asked you at the beginning of the week.

The second week of December, we hired the safari with this company, and it was a real mistake. The service was a disaster. The meals were the dinners from the night before, and we also had to eat with our hands, we only had two spoons for 6 people. The first night we stayed in a local hotel, which was horrible, the room and bathroom were very dirty, the bed very uncomfortable.... and a thousand other comments that are not worth mentioning. We had a second night in the same hotel, and we went to another having to pay out of pocket. The only thing that I can highlight as positive was the company of the guide and the driver, it was a pleasure to share the safari with them. They had to put up with all our complaints when they were not responsible for anything, they were just running errands.I do not recommend this company at all. There are others better qualified to do it.

After almost a year talking with Pepe to organize our honeymoon, with the problems of the Corona both here and there, we managed to take the step and land in Tanzania. There Justin and Mapunda were waiting for us, the best team of driver + guide that we could have. We always felt safe with Justin at the wheel and we learned a lot from Mapunda with his very good Spanish, both of us always with details to make our trip more special and sharing many moments of laughter. Even without having a radio in the Land Cruiser, we managed to see countless animals and even a brief passage of the Great Migration.
