Been to Arusha a couple of times but this was my first time being there. The place is nice and secluded. They have nice services though there were times when the person serving us took time to come and check if we wanted something else. They have variety of choma (grilled) meat starting from beef to chicken. Their food is tasty and nice. The place is also chilled and it has a very welcoming atmosphere.When it comes to prices, they are pretty affordable and the meal is always good.Visit this place and you will enjoy

Lovely outdoor sitting arrangement. Great from big meals ie lunch and dinner. A focus on bbq. I actually came for a proper coffee but alas it isnt a cafe. I had some fresh juice and fries instead. Service was good and timely

Andrews is a place to visit when you want to enjoy or try local BBQ. This place was recommended by my workmate in TZ and we decided to have a late lunch as a team. Currently the location of the place is mapped wrongly on google maps but the owners should correct this.The food (grilled chicken and goats meat)was a delicacy but the fish was not fresh. The staff are friendly. If you plan to visit, its best you take a cab or go with a friend who knows the place. Its not easy to find the location on your own. Its also best to carry local currency with you to pay instead of any other denominations.The ambience is great for relaxing in an outdoor garden kinda place. Check it out!

A relaxing family place to chill, talk and eat. The ambience was really relaxed in a quiet neighbourhood, and there are many large indoor/outdoor seating areas for big groups or smaller ones. It would be a really nice place for an event.The food was reasonably priced, and the portions were really good. The sauce accompanying the nyama choma was the right balance of spicy/salty/sweet. Get the grilled bananas, Ive never had them anywhere else before!

Very disappointing overall. Mediocre food bordering on bad. We ordered grilled fish which was just ok and goat ribs which were inedible. No atmosphere and mediocre service. Avoid

I love their Chicken Makange its so delicious and big portion, i love their appetizer and their chilli its so tasty 😋 and not to forget their banana(ndizi mzuzu) their so sweet and big.

It was the first time that Rotary club of Arusha had their weekly meeting at Andrews. Being afternoon the place was quiet and food was enjoyable and good ambience. I did not get my pumpkin soup though

My girlfriends planned a surprise going away lunch at Andrews on 17/02/18 for me. As part of the do, they had a few balloons put up on chairs to sweeten the event. No sooner had they done so, the in charge manager (a man) came up and was extremely rude to the girls. He called the whole affair as outdated and stupid. Apparently he thought what my girls were planning for me couldnt be done at hotels like Serena. He was yelling so loudly that people at the next table stopped eating and watched.. even the other waiters/waitresses were stunned at the vile interaction with a member of the establishments leadership displaying such poor customer care. I was so hurt by this turn of events as weve always enjoyed coming by to Andrews. We had no choice but to leave at the managers request, that meant leaving behind our lunch order of goat, chicken, mzuzu and grilled sausage. How sad, for the first time this joint has left a bitter taste of disgust and shame in my mouth and has lost my business for good..... good luck...

The bbq chicken and goat meat is superb. They have a nice spacious area for group meets or just a quick lunch or dinner.If you are looking for a place that has some nice music playing in the background then this is not the place. The good thing about this though is that you can bring your own Bluetooth speaker and play some tunes
