Great place to stay if you are in the region of Arusha!Very welcoming family and staff that makes you feel at home! They attend every need and make sure that your stay is memorable.They always had great advice on nearby activities and organized/tailored our 3 day safari to Ngorongoro and Lake Natron!The homecooked swahili food is amazing!We stayed for 1 week in the Matope Hut , which is a comfortable masai type bungalow.It is really more a homestay than a backpackers!

This homestay is a home from home run by friendly locals. The hosts go out of their way to answer all your questions and organise tailor-made excursions and safaris. Enjoy local food and get to know Tanzanian culture!

Great place! from the garden there is a view of Mount Meru. the food is delicious. room spacious and nicely decorated. and the candle light dinner was amazing
