Good place but lacks maintenance. First room no hot water shower not functioning. Moved rooms now shower doesnt turn off simple tap washer would solve problem. Staff very pleasant and helpful when you can find them

A good place for a low budget stay. Its very basic but for about 10$ a night, it is completely worth it.I saw complains from other people claiming lack of hot water but they have electric gyser installed on shower heads to provide instant hot water.Free WiFi is always a perk and that too for this price range.The staff are very friendly and helpful.They maintain cleanliness in the rooms and the common areas.I wouldnt mind d staying here again if I have to travel on this budget.

Good budget place, but not my first choice. Pretty loud. You will probably want earplugs. Shower wasnt hot, but wasnt cold either so it was okay. Free slow and spotty WiFi, but thats pretty normal. Included breakfast was basic. An egg, chipati, black coffee, a slice of watermelon, and spaghetti. The spaghetti was a surprise. Beds were large which was awesome. Cant really complain about this place, but around here you can get a slightly nicer experience for the same price point.

I came three times from 2014-2016, and spent many nights In this hotel. Theres no any change. You know, Arusha is cold, but the room window cannot be closed completely. And I dont like the shower, too hot or too cold, I dont like that kind of heater. If you car is not SUV, it not easy to drive into yard. By the way, its boss owns another hotel named new Aden, thats good experience. You Ask receiption, they will direct you that hotel.

I think I got scabies from this place . For decent lodges in Arusha kindly get a bit off the City. Central lodge are mess

Paid 15,000 TZS (US$9.70) for a double in November 2011. Warning: You need earplugs if you take a room facing either of the roads. The hot water is very sporadic, and dependent on a wood-fired boiler. The two beds were good, and there was ample room to hang up clothes, work at the desk and walk around. Breakfast was the basic bread and jam with instant coffee or tea. Everything was clean.

Price corresponds to quality. Everything was clean. Of the minuses, the windows in the rooms did not close well, because of this it was cold, it was blowing from the window. The staff is helpful and helpful.
