We had a great experience with Great Migration Camps. Sally arranged a week long safari tour starting and ending in Arusha that included a day at the Ngorongoro Crater and 4 days at a camp in the Northern Serengeti and it was within our somewhat limited budget. She had previously organized tours for several other friends. Mashine and Zeb were excellent and knowledgeable. The camp was glamping in our book--hot face towels when we arrived each day, hot showers, cold drinks (even ice on one day), delicious food (Clem and Alex worked miracles with the bread in that fire oven), and a clean Western-style camp toilet. We saw 3 river crossings (with 3 kills during one) and a cheetah hunt and kill, as well as lots of lions, leopards, cheetahs and of course tons of giraffes, elephants, wildebeest, hippos, buffalo, warthogs, jackals, hyenas--and lots of babies of everything. It was an experience we will never forget.
