We greatly enjoyed the experience of flying with Miracle in Serengueti, Tanzania. We had already flown previously, however the Miracle team & the place made this flight really special for us.The whole Miracle team was extremely friendly and helpful; from David who was our driver, to Captain Matt that made the flight a one in a life time experience, and cheff Juma (and all the team) that prepared the delicious breakfast after the flight - thanks to everyone - including the wildlife that made their part as well.A very professional team with great attention to detail!

Nice provider and really friendly staff! Captain „Jones Temba“ is just great and also had a lot of fun.Unfortunately we didn’t see any wild animal - but this not the fault of the provider I guess. Great breakfast and awesome pictures, that we‘ve got provided after tour per Mail of Miracle.Not 5 stars because they are speaking of champagne, that is included in the price. But this is alcohol-free and not good champagne.

Excellent experience , the team is amazing very professional and friendly . The pick up cars are brand new and very professional driver . Coffee & Cookies before taking off , the captain ( Nick) is great !After the air safari we got an amazing welcome from the team at the bush breakfast site , food was very good .Complimentary WiFi everywhere even on the balloon.Great team and experience : Highly recommended !

I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MORE!!! BOOK IT! I can promise that you will not be disappointed! Every single minute of our experience was so cool and the staff made sure we felt safe, cared for, and special. You are in a balloon with other people, but there is more than enough view to go around and the sunrise is breathtaking. I not once felt like I was in a crowded tourist bin. Captain Moses was such a cool guy and you can tell his passion to share what he loves is a priority. We were so pleased we added this to our itinerary for our honeymoon. Other couples we met on Safari were so bumbed they had missed out after hearing us talk about it. We had zero issues being cold or getting motion sickness. Bring a camera and just do it!

Superb experience! The staff is friendly and helpful! The balloon safari lasted for approx 1 hour, followed by a decent breakfast and cultural entertainment.My only wish was that the safari had a longer duration.

Experienced pilot & crew, helpful orientation given the evening before, the drive to launch site included a cheetah sighting; driver made sure to get us a good look at it. Balloon pilot made a super-smooth landing & spotted animals for us. So many herds seen from above; you appreciate the vastness of the Serengeti. The full breakfast is served in a serene, scenic area. Food was delicious & you will want to skip lunch after this feast. This is the company you want for a balloon ride.

We had to wake up very early to get to the take-off area but we absolutely don’t regret it. The team of Miracle Experience was efficient, kind and welcoming. They also put extra effort in picking us up although we were located far away from the departure point. During the flight, we could see huge herds of wildebeests, lions, hippos and many more, in one of the most beautiful sceneries we ever saw. Everyone on board was in an excellent mood, and we really had a great time together. Flying over the Serengeti at sunrise is really a breath-taking experience, and we would definitely do it again. After the flight, we had the pleasure to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the middle of the savannah in a cheerful atmosphere. Thank you so much for giving us such a memorable time !

Just finished a short safari in the Serengeti and the absolute highlight was my balloon safari with Miracle Experience. They are a brand new company but our pilot had 10 years experience flying in the Serengeti. The flight was mesmerizing and I felt completely safe. Our pilot was Tanzanian and very professional and competent. We landed and we’re treated to a glass of champagne and then had an amazing breakfast set up for us in the middle of the plains. Spectacular and not to be missed.
