Sindbad Tours organised our trips to Prison Island and a Spice Farm, as well as Safari Blue. We also used them for a taxi to get our Covid tests done and to get to the airport. All the staff are very friendly, and picked us up from our hotel for every trip. The prices are very reasonable, and you get what you paid for - no empty promises. Can definitely recommend them for excursions around Stone Town and Zanzibar.

Ive booked a wild safari tour including Serengeti for 600$ as announced at the flyer. I wanted to negotiate the price at the beginning and Tony said to me ok after.And when I booked the plane to go to Arusha he has increased the price to 750$!!! Without justification.Ive negotiate with him and let me to 650 and I couldnt not refuse because my plane was in 1:30 hours.When arrived at the hotel in Arusha they change the plan and there is no Serengeti but another park. I was disappointed they should let me know before departure.The 3rd day we planned to go at ngorogo park at 6:00 AM and surprise! A group of other participants have taken our vehicle in hostage because there were more people for only one car ! We couldnt go at the park until after 8 AM after another one car came. A policeman came at the camp.There were a lot of arguments and scream.At last I missed my return flight because the driver of the safari did not organize well.Ive paid an hotel for one night at kilimamjaro airport and fees to change flight and also taxi.I was in touch with Tony along all the safari to explain whats happening but he did not offer me a discount for all inconvenience I had.He just wanted to offer me a taxi from Zanzibar airport to stone town (it cost 15$) but I was traveling to nungwi he said no.The agency just wanted my money they have no cars, no guide tour.There was a lot of subcontractors they were overwhelmed.The other people in the same car with others agency paid less expensive than me.PS: the lunch box was very simple. Not very healthy.I felt scammed.I should have taken the other negative comments into account but Tony swor to me that it will be great.Next time I will not return back at this agency.I do not recommend.

I went to the blue safari and I came back really sad. Dangerous conditions, I saw two fish and the tourists were allowed to destroy and walk on what was left of the coral. After that we were taken to an island for lunch and I got food poisoning.One positive thing is that our guide was a nice person studying cultural enthropology and it wasnt his fault. But my advice is not to contribute to the bad experience!

Adil was an excellent trip organizer for my 5 day, 4 night safari. He was honest and gave me a fair price for a safari in the Serengeti, org iIng the flights Nd pickups, explaining to me quite well what to expect. I amHappy with his part Nd with Sinbad’s role..Single travelers be warned, however, that things can change rapidly from “the plan” as once one arrives in Arusha, there are many companies involved who mix and match tourists together in the vans, which sometimes requires. Bit of waiting around. If you are flexible and easy-going you will have wonderful trip!

We have done a private prison Island tour and snorkelling excursion. The experience is memorable and excellent. the staff is great and wellcoming. Highly recommend.

Good eveningPlease run away from Adil, he lies a lot.I have paid for Serengeti and cratere Ngorongoro but as the entrance fees are lower in other parks, he decided we go instead of these two parks (I wanted see with my twins girls 8 years old), to Tarengire and Arusha park.He broke my dream to see these parks, so bad, to steal money.Be careful

Terribly scam! We paid for a 2-day safari, but instead of the promised program, we were in the national park for a few hours. The accommodation was teeming with mosquitoes and spiders, and the toilet was 100 meters from the tiny igloo, which had only one bedWe did not reach the manager by phone, did not respond to our problems and then spoke back and forth. He did not return the fee paid and did not compensate for the terrible days. Nobody go there!

I did the Safari Blue and Prison Island with them - all was OK, smooth and without any issues. A big plus for the very punctual pick up from the hotel and friendly staff!

Great time and experience with Sondbad tours. , professional and well organized team, easy to communicate with, they have arranged a great package for us to visit most of Zanzibar sites also orgnised a good transport service when needed , Adel a very honest and helpful guy, he listen to our enquire and request and always try to help.out and find a way . He even take me on his motorbike to look for medication and seek help when I had stomach ach .. We highly reccomend SindabadTours & Safaris , you wont be disappointed.

I got a 4 day tour with these guys and the experience was awesome. I felt like at home at Zanzibar because of the way they treated me. They are experts to give tours. I highly recommend it. You will have a wonderful time and will be able to see the most of Zanzibar.

We organized almost all of our trip with this with this agency, activities (blue safari, Jozani Forest, dolphins tour, Pemba island, Spice tour, Prison island) and our transfers. Everything went really well. Adil is responsive and arranged for us as well as possible. I highly recommend

We were satisfied with the three-day safari with this company! We found their office by chance, walking in Stonetown, went in, explained what we wanted, they offered a good price (twice as cheap as the tour operator offered us at the hotel). To clarify the details of the trip, one of the employees came to our hotel and explained everything. Payment was convenient, half at once, the rest - just before departure for the safari. The trip was organized exactly as agreed! Transfer from the hotel, flights, transfers from the airport to the parks and the trips to the parks themselves - everything is clear! Recommend!The only thing I would advise when ordering a safari is to take not the cheapest camping, on the mainland the lights are often turned off in the villages and it will be more comfortable in a more expensive camping or a loft. And stock up on mosquito repellent (creams, spirals and plugs). There are mosquitoes there, no more than in Zanzibar, but inexpensive hotels do not fight them.

If you are looking for a tour operator with good service, fair prices, reliability and customized advice, I recommend Sindbad Tours & Safaris. We have purchased the following: Blue Safari Tour, Spice Tour i.c.m. a day trip to Nungwi and Stone Town Tour. If I had had more time, I would also have arranged a safari to Tanzania through them.What struck me was that not only the service was good, but also the after service. In all honesty, I am only used to this phenomenon in the West. For example: after every trip I received a message whether everything was satisfactory. Even after I left Zanzibar, I even received a message a few days later that I had arrived home safely. A small gesture with a big impact on my satisfaction.

I recommend it, everything was as it should be in the tour program.

Un ami m’a recommandé Sindbad Tours & Safari et de contacter Adil.Il nous a donc tous expliqué avant notre départ.Nous étions 2 et avons réservé un safari de 3 jours 2 nuits (Selous safari).Le chauffeur est venu nous récupérer a l’aéroport puis nous sommes aller à l’agence pour rencontrer Adil ensuite le chauffeur nous a déposé à notre hôtel près de l’agence.Le lendemain nous sommes partis à Prison island via Sindbad Tours.2 jours plus tard le chauffeur nous a déposé à l’aéroport pour le safari.Le safari étais magnifique (Nyerere National Park)Les 3 jours que nous avons passé été tel que Adil nous l’avait décrit.De retour à l’aéroport de Stone Town le chauffeur nous a déposé à Jambiani là où nous avons continué notre séjour à Zanzibar.Tous le long de notre séjour à Zanzibar, Adil a toujours été à notre écoute et réactif.Merci à Adil et à Toute l’équipe Sindbad Tours & Safaris qui nous ont mis en confiance pour ce « Zanzibar Trip »Très satisfait du début à la fin.A bientôt!
