Excellent service for a very good price. Before my arrival I asked a lot of questions about their services and the staff was answering always in an efficient way, they were very helpful. Our driver for both transfers was Ali, he is reliable and punctual. He goes above and beyond customer expectation as he pleased our request along the way of stopping to take pictures here and there. :) he also explains things about life in Zanzibar.I recommend this company for transfer or other services they offer.

We have just come back from Zanzibar and had an amazing time. Syed was always quick to help with good prices and Ali as our driver was fantastic, he went out of his way to help us plan excursions and activities, we would really recommend him, he treated us like family .

Perfect service. Used Zanzibar Rides for our commuting from Airport to the resort, from resort to Stone Town and finally from Stone Town to Airport. The communication is super smooth with the management answering 24/7 via whatsapp and satisfying all our requests. Very kind and discreet driver who most importantly drove extremely safely at all times. Last but not least, honest price especially when compared to what is usually charged for airport transport from the resorts across the Island. Would definitely use them again when back in Zanzibar.

This company provided exceptional service to us. We booked our airport transfers and a full day tour with them. The weather was bad the day before our trip so we assumed it would be bad the next day as well. Some showers but other than that it was okay, but we could easily communicate with the tour manager about what we decided to do regarding the tours. We ended up splitting our full day tour into two days and still paid the same price. We had a fabulous time at the spice plantation, stone town and prison island visit. The tour guides were friendly and provided good information and the drivers were always on time. I highly recommend Zanzibar Rides and if we ever do come back to Zanzibar, we will surely use your services again.

I would highly recommend their service. The owner responded very quickly to taxi requests. Prices were fair and consistent, taxis were always on time or early (or we were alerted if there was a delay), they were clean with AC, and many thanks to Teymour and Ali who patiently waited for us, assisted when Swahili was needed and handled the roads very well and took good care of us. We would definitely travel with them again.

Excellent company. I would highly recommend! Always reliable, easy to work with, and a great deal.We found them online and texted the number provided on WhatsApp and got quick responses every time. We first used them to go from Zanzibar airport to Nungwi, and then were so impressed that we used them for every other ride on our trip. (Zanzibar airport to Nungwi to Stonetown, day trip from Stonetown to Jozani park and the Rock restaurant, and Stonetown hotel to the airport).We found they were always very well priced and better that anything else we could arrange or negotiate. They were very easy to work with. Usually we would text a request a few hours before on the same day or the night before and easily and quickly confirm the ride. The drivers were always on time (usually 5-10 min early), very friendly and professional. The vehicles were comfortable, clean, and with air conditioning.In short, I would highly recommend Zanzibar rides to anyone visiting Zanzibar and will definitely use them again if I go back. I saved time and money and enjoyed the rides.

My girlfriend and I used this taxi service upon arriving at the zanzibar International Airport. They were utterly professional and courteous. They went out of their way to help us whenever they could and utilised whatsapp effectively. Their drivers are super polite, friendly and helpful. Mine even gave me a history of zanzibar. No reason to make a long research about transfers. There is only one: zanzibar rides!!! We hired them for 7 days for several rides all over the island. The service before and during our stay was beyond amazing! Always on time, the car super clean, the driver (omar) very friendly and very careful driver, real professional. The boss (saeed) was in constant contact with us for any enquiries. We felt like we had a friend in the island. Do not bother to look further-zanzibarrides is the best! We were a group of 7 including a baby and 75 year old grandma believe me tailoring a tour was noyit easy.But Saeed made it all happen,he is true professional who took care of organizing our itinery who take great care in meeting your specific needs,making sure we had wonderful experience in our budget. What an amazing service and people, they go above and beyond. His team are very polite and gentle. We have visited many places cuza cave.. Prison island.. Mnemba island (the Best for me) ... Nungwi and kwenda beachs.. Stone city.. We just emailed back and forth back. Dont hesitate to book with them.From the very beginning to the end of the trip, we arranged taxis here. Airport Hotel arranged arrival and departure and other short distances by car with an email. The prices are also very reasonable. The hotel gave half of the transfer price. You can use it with confidence.
