The worst experience I´ve ever had.I booked a tour via Viator for 2 people to Saadani National Park before I arrived to Zanzibar. 2 days before my tour I contacted the tour operator to confirm my pickup and location. They replied and promised to inform me, if anything changes. On that day I was waiting for them, as scheduled, 5 am in the morning in the recption of my hotel. No one arrived and after 45 min I received a message about cancellation. Which means a) I won´t do safari while in here. There´s no last minute tours. b) for the next few days 700 usd is blocked on my card because they already charged me this c) I didn´t have to book my hotel for this many days. I obviously won´t need that. The number provided in the email was out of reach this whole time.I wouldn´t recommend them to anyone. Please don´t waste your time and don´t book with them. Book a tour with someone reliable, if you don´t want to be disappointed.P. S edited because google doesn’t allow to reply to comments. The response in the comments below is simply not true. No one informed us of anything. This is the first time they’re making contact with me. If someone “canceled”, don’t you think the rest deserves a call or a message? You’re just trying to hide the fact that you simply forgot about us and probably even the day before you knew that the tour is not gonna happen. I just think that it’s a common courtesy to inform your clients of such things so they can reschedule with someone else + not have to wake up before 5 am in the morning. Pls don’t say things which both of us know that are not true.

My wife and I have had very good experience and trip to “Prison Island” and “Vanishing Island” with these guys and we can highly recommend their service and hospitality.
