The most memorable time we had at Zanzibar. Abu is the best at what he does, very helpful, professional and very patient. If you looking for efficiency, he is your go to person. And if you want to enjoy your ride during excursions ask for Nahid. The best driver ever- funny, relatable and yes... has the best playlist. This company is amazing... So professional and organized! Sister Fat-hiya is a superstar, she arranged all our requirements wonderfully and was very helpful and accomodating. Their vehicles are superb and very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend using this company when in Zanzibar.

We got to the airport in Zanzibar and My husband realized he had left his phone in the van of the driver who took us to the airport. We called the tour company that had taken us “Idoma Tours” and they weren’t being very helpful and refused to call my cell phone back so I called them about 5 times and was still getting nowhere. We asked security at the airport if we could have Idoma call their local # to give us an update and they were all extremely rude and refused. My husband then went over to a van from “ Exotic Tours & Safari’s” and ended up speaking to “Masoud Rashid” who was so gracious and kind. He not only made the calls but stayed with us to make sure we got the phone back. He went out of his way to help us! Such a good and kind Man! A true blessing from the Lord!

Booked a transfer directly with Exotic tours at the Doubletree by Hilton up in Nungwi beach. We had double checked on the day the timing but they turned up 30 minutes late and only because we called them multiple times. Charged us USD70 for the transfer when other companies is around USD50. We thought we were paying for the quality and service but barely made our flight.
