This nice place and I like it I see youngs play every single day that is great for country but one need to be done is repair it yearly cause the player will enjoy it and proud of it.

For opinion of mine, it cannot be 4.0 star stadium, because it is very old and it need to rebuilt to be 4.0 star.

Best Ground in Zanzibar. We need more than this

On Saturday in January (probably Sunday as well and throughout the year but I cannot confirm) there are 2 Zanzibar football league matches at 2pm and 4pm. Football is very professionally run and the atmosphere is like English non league (interesting new uses of common Swahili phrases to be heard!) Tickets are Tsh1000 from the small office opposite the back of the main stand. Take a 501 dala-dala opposite Ben Bella school on Benjamin Mkapa (Creek) road for TSh300.
