The services not satisfactory. They dont deliver door to door, but they still give you that option when shopping. I waited for my product to be delivered (as the app instructed) but it never came.No one called to inform me that even though they promised delivery, they werent gonna do it. No where to get their number because the live chat on the app is not reliable either.I had to wait for almost a week since the app told me your prcel has been assigned to a rider for deliver today, to get their number and call them. Only then did I come to know that I was supposed to go fetch my own parcel.In short their service is not good at all. Seems like they dont know their responsibilities. Or they sold a service they dont provide; which translates to fraud.

Good services they start working arround 9:30am and the staff care about their client 7 found opposite kariakoo

This very good place for pick up your because it found in the center of the country its very easy to reach. It found opposite to kariakoo children play ground.
