Excellent place to eat and have some drinks close to Tempo Hotel. My girl friend and I went there. They have live band on Friday ,Sat Sunday nights. 7-11 pm. They singers they usually had were very good. The band was about 7 people.all very good. Different singers on different days. Place is spacious, so everyone is not on top of you. Service was very good. Waitresses were all very nice went there all three nights we were there. Food was out of this world. Sooo good. They dont rush you out and we stayed till closing. Would def come here again when I go to Africa.

Really nice place with good food and service. Views are amazing and great for watching the sunset. The sushi is quite pricey and in taste a bit unusual. I would rather go for the various other options. My sirloin steak was good and reasonably priced. BTW: There is also a CPFM in Dar Es Salaam, also recommendable.

Great place with a great view.. I suggest you sit at the end of left or right side of the place you will get one hell of the view.. Nice calamari a bit pricey but worth it.. For dessert I will always choose their vanilla ice-cream.. It is very tasty.. I will definitely go back there to try more food.. Amazing Staff Too!! Ooh I forgot you also get to see Floating bar and restaurant you can even try to visit it.. 😊

Food was great, although the pasta could have been warmer.The drinks were amazing!The service was terrible! I was seated right away and given a menu then the waitress disappeared for 20 minutes. The table I was on was not even cleaned properly. I went to ask for a manager who then apologized and sent another waitress to assist me. The second waitress was okay but still slow. I arrived around 3:50pm and left around 7:30pm!The next time am in Zanzibar I will only stop by if I have 3+ hours for 2 drinks and 2 food items.

We only had drinks, but mama Mia were those drinks strong. A bit pricey, but you get great views and vibes and staff seems great. Wish we were hungry so we could try some food.

First of all the lobster 🦞 that’s cooked in garlic sauce 😋the best I have ever ever had ! We are a lot more different things on the menu I must say almost all of them tasted excellent except the seafood pasta had more vegetables than seasfood . Overall The food was fresh, tasty and spice of flavors that we loved .The cocktails are powerful just how we like them . Highly recommend this restaurant but it’s not cheap !

Great place to catch sunset. Good seafood, sushi. Many options, tuna, calamari, prawns, fish popcorn, volcano rolls, prawn popcorn, steak, burgers, chips. Good selection of cocktails, and domestic and international beers. Had some of both, and they are good. There is live music entertainment on the weekends. Upstairs is a bar with televisions for sports and other programs. The food-- although real delicious--is a bit overpriced, but I guess you pay for it in the ambiance and atmosphere. Ask to sit on the sunset side of the bar, and not on the side where you enter.Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, Vincent, Emily, and Irene were all wonderful.

This place is one of the best place to have food in stonetown. However I wish they had much vegan and vegetarian options. Their Sea food is next level delicious.Drinks are preety amazing.Presentation for food and beverage is really good.Music is really good especially on Saturday they have live band and belive me they changes the entire atmosphere of the restaurant.Must visit place

This is an excellent restaurant with a very delicious seafoods they are serving. And the ambiance of the sea makes us relax while drinking beer and watching locals diving to the beside the restaurant.And also the crew working here is very generous and very accommodating. We dont need to explain so much because they can speak english very well 👍.

This is a piece of Europe in the center of Stone Town in Zanzibar. Excellent food and service. The menu contains mostly seafood meals but you find other delicious meals on the list even if you are not a seafood lover. You can pay cash or credit cards here. The prices are a little bit higher but in comparison with all the quality, service and the environment you get here the price is more than acceptable.You can sit on the very comfortable sofa or on the chairs directly above the water and watch all big and small boats floating next to you.We come here always when we are in Stone Town and I can highly recommend 👍🏻 😊

Honestly I only went here to watch premier league matches while visiting Zanzibar so don’t know about the food, but the ambiance is really nice and it’s definitely the place to watch football in zanzibar

The place is beautiful and airy, which was great in the humid day. Food was delicious and service absolutely awesome. People were really friendly and there was no long waiting. Definitely recommend. Best food in Zanzibar so far.

The place itself is so nice and cozy, the service was amazing (weve been there 2 times and we will definitely go again), the food is really good and the value for the money, considering the location, is really nice. What I wouldve prefer different is the cocktails, they are a bit too sweet for my taste, same with the Ice Coffee Late, but the 5 stars are going for the Tapas (Fish Tacos). By far the tastiest thing ever!

Cape Town Fish Market Zanzibar is an amazing restaurant. I had a great time with my family.We ordered the sharing platter which had delicious prawns, squid, fish fillet, some rice and fries and every bite was yummier than the previous one.The place had a good setting organization and nice atmosphere especially with the live music.It was a good place to enjoy a night out with family and friends.

Food and drinks are on point. Best food you can get in the stonetown area. Cozy environment and live entertainment on certain days. Excellent service

I really enjoyed the experience at the Cape town fish market in Zanzibar, after have tried the twin restaurant in Dar El Salaam.The fish is fresh, and well cooked, and they have a huge selection of alcoholic drinks as well.The location is very nice, at the beginning of the Stone Town seaside, a few metres from the Forodhani market.

I ordered some kind of chicken salad but it taste odd. The sauce they used is not good. Better to order somtehing that is local like seafoods,etc.However the view is very good with the sunset.

I absolutely love the food here. Unlike many other restaurants where you pay a lot and tye potion of food is kids size...here it doesnt matter whether you are an African or mzungu.. you get sufficient good lol oh and the food is very tasty and the service as well...no complaints whatsoever..The best time to visit Is during the sunset where you can enjoy the unbeatable sunset view of sunset but its usually crowded. Its also beautiful place to dine at night...happy customer here so far

The food never has consistency. Just look at how my food has arrived! Fish is never fresh - which I don’t understand if we live on the coastal and quite frankly I’m tired of eating stones in your sushi.

Great! After a stressful trip, this place was a nice, chill place with great fish and chips and a friendly vibe. Its definitely pricier than the local night market right next to it but if you just want great service and a comfortable atmosphere, check it out. Dinner for five plus a beer each was about 190,000 ($80 or so).

We went for dinner after the sunset so we werent impressed by the amazing sunset view the restaurant has to offer. The place has a nice vibe, the service was ok (forgot one of the plates we ordered) and the food was OK, not more not less. It probably has a better wow factor during sunset...

What a terrible experience. CTFM is overrated for nothing! Just because of the fancy place?What happened - Today, a group of 15 was on board, we ordered various sea food - and most of it was bad! Thats first.We ordered doubles of JAMESON whisky - But we were served with RED LABEL - Tried to ask the management, but non of them were helpful, in fact they become more threatening… We tried to resolve the issue on the table before wanting to post it here.. But i guess its good to keep it open..Such poor hospitality shouldn’t be entertained. So disappointed

The cocktails are very bad and too strong (+ too expensive) and I would also not order the Apple Pie. It was very small, burned and not delicious.If you sit too close to the bar, there can be a lot of flies around and its busy / too loud.But still ... the staff is nice enough, the location at the seafront is good, the fish and chips tasted good too.

Customer service is biased foreigners are listened more than the locals. no matter how much you are billed we are all your customers picking from your menu. Another big problem is when you approach a reserved table the language from some waiters and waitress. “Huoni hiyo meza imekuwa reserved ….???“

I have been to Capetown fish market during my stay in Zanzibar.. awesome location with the sea vibe ..but the food wasnt that grand..I has prawns and friend and garlic bread .. prawns was just grilled with no sauce ..it was really dry .Fries was good and the cheesy garlic bread.I asked for mussels as a started but they said they are out of stock and only serve mussels as a main meal with the other platters..Overall it was average for the amount I spent ...Kind regardMunazza Ahmed

Poor service. Asking for a piece of bread with my salmon salad took shamelessly long. When the 3 small pieces of bread arrived they cost 4 000 Tsh. Useless.

Food- 3 stars, Whole experience stars, so will put 5 stars review! :)Food in this restaurant is average like you definitely can get better in other places, even though they have many sushi sets on their menu- it is not tasty, at least not for my liking- seems to dry and no flavor. The tuna bowl was very delicious and the desserts are actually good with a coffee. But this place offers a stunning panorama and the service is very friendly and attentive. We came many evenings for the sunset and definitely wouldnt be ashamed to bring our family here or recommend this place to someone else.

Amazing Fish Tacos... but unfortunately it ended there. We took a platter for 2 which was at a very high price...
