I sent +5 postcards from this post office. They charge flat rate to anywhere in the world (TZS 2300 for each stamp). Fingers crossed that the postcards will arrive, I will probably update in the future. +Friendly service from the lady :)[EDIT] 1 postcard arrived to the US after 3 weeks!! 😊 not sure about the others yet, I sent 9 in total.

Beautiful building. Upstairs houses the Lemongrass restaurant and Cafe Miwa - lovely place to whilst away the afternoon, iced coffee with coconut was delicious.

Its a lottery, they dont deliver the Post, they probably Open It and take what they want. I send Post, package to Friends many Times, and they didnt get It. Tanzania, get a grip!

I stayed at a hotel on the street in September 2002. Zanzibar island was a good place to visit.

There are no postcards. There is a currency exchange. The course is understated. They want to see a passport. 2006, they want to take bills only with a new portrait. Around the corner in the alley, the course is higher and the whole year 2006 is taken. The only reason this meaningless institution is needed is a guideline for finding a store with alcohol. It is strictly opposite. Door to door.

I recommend sending letters to relatives or just buying stamps, there are a lot of them

You can send cards and change money. The course is not the best, but reliable.
