High high prices for foreigners! 150.000 shilling for medicine that costs 20.000 shilling normally! Shame on you!!!They own another pharmacy at Darajani Market opposite of the Mini Market (on the parking lot). Same story there - of course!

They cheat foreigners. The guy, it pharmacy store, suggested to buy 1 malaria rapid test for 15000 shilling) in other stores it 30000–35000 for the hole pack, where you can find around 15 or 20pieces.
