Organised my COVID-19 test with Mr Murtala. An excellent service that Id highly recommend which includes collection of COVID-19 results. Despite the delay by the laboratory >4 hours Mr Murtala patiently waited for the results and kept me updated throughout the entire time as to when the results would be delivered. Would recommend again.

The views are amazing at high tide. But the food like many places in Zanzibar is bland and not worth a fraction of the money they charge for it. The alcohol is very over priced unless you only drinking beer but this venue is worth the views. They are better at night

Huge scam. I bought tickets for the Zanzibar - Daresalam ferry with Murtala, but he never handed over the tickets. I tried to reach him several times but he didn’t pick up the phone nor did he respond to an email. 104 USD wasted because I had to buy new tickets. Don’t buy anything from him because he will scam you!1 week after fake apology email, Zanzibar Quest still did not reply to any email, WhatsApp or sms. And most important no refund took place. Don’t trust them they will screw you over!

Worst service ever. They dont have office neither in Dar essallam nor zanzibar near the ferry. I had to stand in the queue then call them to know the confirmation number and say it to the employee. So they saved me nothing in booking the ferry and cost me 20$ for the international call i had to make.

They charge me VIP SEATS but they buy economic seats and dont refund the money.I buy four tickets.And we have too wait in the day of boarding for the tickets and we have too run to catch the boat.Super bad service.Dont recommend.

Very correct organization, driver at the airport, VIP class reserved boat tickets, the driver waited for the opening time of the port with us, another driver waiting for us on the island of Zanzibar, very friendly and for the return , no problem, the boat tickets were properly booked. The agency is very responsive when we ask them and transport prices are more than reasonable. The cars are new and comfortable. In short, to recommend.

We booked the flight from Dar to Zanzibar and the return trip by ferry and taxi to Dar Airport with Zanzibar Quest.The settlement in advance from Germany went very well and without problems and on site I was enthusiastic. Before the Int. Airport waited for a driver and drove us once around the airport to the domestic terminal and picked up the ticket for the flight in the Cessna with us. The flight with Auric Air was also a round thing and I thought it was nice to fly over Zazibar with the small machine.On the spot I had to move back the journey unfortunately one day, which also worked fine and was confirmed very quickly. The ferry ticket had to be picked up on the morning of departure at the counter, which took less than 5 minutes and then we went by ferry to Dar, where again a driver waited, who has brought us to the airport. it could not have run smoothly and the communication in advance and especially on site was always top. I can only recommend Zanzibar Quest and will hopefully get in touch again soon for a trip to Zanzibar! Tanks for your support !!

We have pre-booked a ferry ticket with transfer to the airport.1. A ticket had to be picked up for the ferry, this was not possible the day before but had to be done on the day of travel. This took more than an hour and was generally very cumbersome as there was a lack of organization in the ferry office.2. Our airport transport was forgotten to order. This is great, especially if the flight takes less than three hours. We then let one of the many taxi drivers who are on site one way or another drive us to the airport.Next time we book the ferry on site and taxi drivers are waiting enough at the terminal anyway.

Unfortunately never again !!!!With Zanzibar Quest we had booked our complete return transfer from the hotel on Zanzibar to the speed ferry and ultimately the transport to the International Airport Dar es Salaam.The bookings, communication and payment in advance went smoothly, we were really impressed, BUT on the day of departure, unfortunately, the complete opposite:Driver first appeared at the hotel 15 too late (without a call, hotel luckily took care of it),then he drove off without a word (spoke English very badly),When we drove past the port after 1 hour instead of getting off there, we asked and received no clear statement, Boss said Airport and changed ... we then tried to make it clear that we were not flying, but despite a long discussion Even with another employee on the phone we got stuck and the time passed until the last ferry of the day.In the end we were let out anyway at the airport, where they gave us a plane ticket for a domestic flight with a propeller plane (great !!!!!) and this took us to the mainland ...All in all, very uncomfortable and, above all, stressful for us, so I definitely cannot recommend this company!
