Good reactivity ! I got an appointment quickly. Dr Mehta’s hospital is clean and the personnel very nice. It was very convenient to be able to get medication in Paje and not having to go to Stone Town which is at more than 1 hour driving.

Finally a decent clinic on the island! I got some good professional help with the new c19 type which made me confident that I’m in safe hands and I’d be fine. The clinic is fully equipped so now I have no fear to stay here for a longer period.

We had an injured kid, tried two heath care centers that my wife could bare with the kind service they offer the receptionist are not interested at all. But when we got to Dr Mehta, just the way we were received we knew we were at the right place. My son was handled with extraordinary care. We dont stay for a long to get everything finished. Totally ignored me . Then charged to guest $100 for the phone consultation.I told him it’s unacceptable but I see it fell on deaf ears . Everyone needs to make money nothing is for free. I experienced an allergic reaction from an unknown source and Dr Mehta could not have taken better care of me. His facilities are clean and professional. His hospital in Paje is the only facility in town that is up to Western standards. Couldnt recommend more highly.

Fake Hospital with fake doctors also in the nungwi branch. They charge special prices for wazungu (foreigners). For consultation they charge more than 150$ and a blood test another 150$. They give you a lot of medication that doesnt fit to your disease only to make more money. They dont want to hand over the Prescription so that you can buy the medication at a cheaper pharmacy and sell to you for 5 times the price. It is a fake place. If they would give to you the Prescription and anamnesis paper you could even accuse them in front of court because of false treatment and scam.

The doctor came to my hotel (sent from Warta Travel), secured the wound and administered medications. I was given medications and dressings to be able to change if necessary. The doctor came to see me a few more times to inspect the wound and dress it. My foot healed beautifully after a few days, and I was able to continue enjoying my vacation. Dr. Mehdi helped me recover in Zanzibar. It was like this, I had a high temperature for 4 days and did not subside, we came under insurance (which I had issued before my departure from Russia) to the doctor and he gave the correct medications after which I went on the mend.
