Where I have conducted my COVID-19 PCR Test... Service took around 3 to 5 days for US$100... They can collect sample from resorts around the island, and deliver the results for an extra fee too.

Zero stars out of 5, as I couldnt even make it into an appointment.It is easily understood that if someone calls a hospital, reception should not hang up for lack of knowledge, and if you visit a hospital, a patient should not be given the run around. However, If you call Al Rahma and they dont understand your question (per language barrier), or they do not know the answer, reception will hang the phone up while you are talking. If you call back, they will see the number and demand you call reception, but if you ask for the number to reception they will say, this is reception and hang up the phone. This has happened multiple times. This type of service doesnt change in person, so dont go for an emergency. Youll have better luck at Hankil Medical Services, or, if you can afford it, just go to Global. At least your questions are answered at the latter hospitals, and youre not left wandering. General waiting time doesnt change for any of the hospitals, they are all extended.

Generally good service. Waiting time a bit extended. Service was professional. We were seen in the OPD. Would come again. Cant comment on the emergency department though.

The waiting is worst. You can wait and wait but you wiill be dissapointed. I think the management need to be improved
