Ajay is awesome. Place can be hard to find though. In the lane to the right of Freddy mercury house, go about 20m in and on the right is a pale green shop dwelling cigarettes in a front counter. Ask here for a haircut or there is a bell in the top left of the doorway to ring Ajay. Cut was 20,000 shilling shave was 10,000. Does an awesome job and English is great.

Ajay is an amazing and genuine dude. Dont let the store front deter you the guy keeps a clean shop. He did exactly what I asked and for a great price. Very very happy with my haircut.

This is a local Barber and if youre looking for a salon youll miss it. Ajay has his Barber chair in the back of his grocery shop. He gave my 9 year old son the exact cut I asked for and did a good job with challenging curly hair. Im not sure I would get a ladys cut here but for a quick, simple, cheap mens cut Ajay is your guy.

After 9 nights on safari I desperately needed a shave. Ajay was great and reasonably priced. Speaks enough English to understand what you want. Walk past Freddies house on your left. Go left down the alley. Its the grocery shop a short distance on your right. Very small shop front.

Somewhat hard to find, small salon in the back of a tiny grocery store. Asked for a classic mens haircut, side part and fade. Showed pictures from Google on what I wanted. Clippers on side/back and scissors on top. Hair type: northern european, straight hair. Communication in english and cleanliness both ok. Price seemed good (20000 shilling). Very happy with result.

Competent and friendly hairdresser, speaks good English.The living room is a bit hidden: at the freddie mercury museum, turn left into the alley where there are many souvenir shops. The living room is at the back of a convenience store about ten meters from the museum on your right.
