I started taking my family to ZanAid in 2015. As a mother and as a nurse I highly recommend this place. We have had everything from routine immunizations, to broken arm, to asthma, to pneumonia treated here. All of the staff are so professional, kind, and meticulous in the care that they give. I really appreciate the fact that they explain what they are doing and actively involved us as parents in healthcare decisions. I think they also do a really good job of staying up to date in their care (which is not a given in Zanzibar) and they make sure to follow up afterward.

I was there this morning to bring my daughter for an appointment and the Doctors are ever so caring, calm and well versed when dealing with patients. Theyve always made me feel that my children are in the right hands. The best of all is their follow up after a visit. They always check in on their patients after an appointment. Its very easy to fix an appointment with them as they readily answer you call. My girlfriend got sick during our visit to Zanzibar. After her feeling bad for almost two days, I decided to look for private clinics. After some searching, I found ZanAid. I contacted them trough WhatsApp and they replied within minutes, and we got an appointment for two hours later.When there, the service was very good and the entire place felt very professional. She had a short talk with the doctor and made some tests, the results were back in two hours. Anti-biotics were needed for her case and the clinic could give out the neccessary medication on-site.Payment was also fast and easy, as they took card. All papers were printed and e-mailed to her adress.Fantastic service, would recommend!

Dr. Jenny is a German trained physician with excellent bed-side manners and a passion for medicine that comes through quite clearly when you see her work. Unlike her larger competitor (i.e., Global Hospital), Dr. Jennys clinic is very clean, the staff very courteous and professional, and the service is at a very high standard. Dr. Jenny is thorough in her work so make sure you have a bit of time to let her do her thing. She works with very reputable labs (Lancet) that has email integration, which I found found very convenient, and accepts credit cards for payment. I would HIGHLY recommend paying Dr. Jenny a visit for any of your medical concerns. FYI: She also does off-site concierge visits.

This is the ONE AND ONLY clinic in Zanzibar! We (me and 3-year-old son) cant express enough happiness, gratefulness and relief that this clinic exists, lets say that Dr. Jenny with this clinic is on this island. Makes island-life easier and relaxed. Always professional, always super responsive and so helpful did she consult and sort out all - from little to small. After a Dilettant result of a doctor in a clinic in stone town she even treated my son while lunchtime. She always tries and will never give up. She is super exact, straight, honest and is overseeing the whole picture. Only if really necessary her advice would be antibiotics (everybody who lives here knows thats rare).The clinic is spotless clean and is stuffed with all which is needed. Location is perfect, 5 minutes from stone town, always parking, always assistance.We also run a hostel and send all clients.Make an appointment and bring cash. Worth every single dollar!

Can recommend this clinic without any hesitation. I came in with an infected wound and doctor Alina provided me with a clear diagnosis and showed me how to clean the wound. One of the best on Zanzibar.
