The lady on reception was super friendly, accommodating and helpful and the only reason this place allows for 1 star rating.I had all the correct documents for my visa and had been through the website multiple times to check I had everything.I flew to zanzibar as was the closest place from where I’m currently residing and was then told the visa could not be issued here and I needed to go to dar Es Salaam. The guy I spoke with was very unhelpful and I felt very much that he was just being lazy and fobbed off my application straight away. There was no explanation and he was arrogant from the very start. I’m disgusted with the customer care given and would avoid this place as a tourist/traveller.
