I visited and stayed at Forster Gallery on my holiday to Zanzibar in July. I loved the diverse collection of vibrant art from around Africa! Also, the gallery space itself is a remarkable piece of architecture to be marvelled at in its environment. I recommend a visit to it if you are looking for a high end art escape in Zanzibar. Thanks to Markus for the insights on the art and the warm hospitality. I am looking forward to visiting it again on another trip to the East!
