Lost bag. Imagine flying for over 24 hours, then finally to your destination with a 4 year old and no bag. Staff very non chalant about it, must happen alot. Not worth the risk.

Impossible to get hold of ticket office. Cancelling flights seems to be the norm.

Scandal!! Kenya Airways change your schedules just a few hours before your departure! I let you imagine the damage on your stopovers .. And above all a company without means which takes its customers for cattle!Our experience on a flight from Zanzibar to Paris with 2 stopovers:- Zanzibar / Nairobi RAS- Nairobi / London delayed by 4 hours causing us to miss the next flight to Paris- London / Paris shifted to the next day (flight covered but not accommodation)- (Paris / Aix en Provence by TGV) We also had our insured tickets, imagine that the difference is at your expense!A locost company to flee !!! I do not recommend.
