Really enjoyed our diving course at Swahili divers. Alla was such a fantastic teacher who‘s clearly very passionate about diving and the marine environment and very patient with newbies. Swahili divers had very good exquipment and overall standard - they know what they are doing there. There are a ton of gorgeous diving sites nearby, we especially loved the so-called „Aquarium“. Can highly recommend!

From the fun, thoughtful and resourceful owners, to the well trained and kind boat helpers, to the excellent guiding of Lucas, this place is top notch. I trusted my two teenagers to Lucas dive training, which he did with care and expertise in English, which is not his first language. I was fully convinced that they were in good hands, and they received their certifications in the Indian Ocean while we parents dove off the same boat. We had a magical night dive all together, with bioluminescence, even. Thank you to all for your kindnesses and the unforgettable experience.

Horrible experience! I have been in touch with the previous owners of the place a couple of years back and they had given me a very good package and just been very nice in our correspondence. At that time I unfortunately didnt manage to visit and I went this year. For 55 usd per person to sleep in a dorm I expected to have good quality food and not rice and lentils which would cost less than 1 usd at the village. I also would have expected not to find a work in progress ground where hammering started before 7am. In addition to that, we had been invited to use kayaks and stand up paddle but nobody mentioned they were to be paid for. We ended up with a crazy bill of over 350 usd for two days stay in a dorm! There wasnt much to discuss as I just felt fleeced and will never go back to the place. Then you just go around the corner and find so much better options...
