Fantastic, perfect, lovely Safari with Africa Joy ToursWe are two ladies, made a last minute booking for a one week safari to Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Africa Joy Tours. They were able to arrange everything within two days!We had a very personal contact, they came to see us in the hotel for Briefing and to arrange all. We got a thorough information about the tour program, were asked for any special wishes. Once on the way, everything was taken care of by our driver/guide PrayGod. He was accommodating, knowledgable, and always cool. Even before we knew what we wanted, he already offered it: coffee brake-very good soluble coffee. We see the leopard, lunch picknick. He never imposed himself, but was there.On the way to Manyara he offered us an extra tour and lunch in a local village, DO IT.The tented camps =medium range, Tortilis chain, were lovely. Everything was in order, mosquito nets, zippers, no fail. They arrange the schedule according to the needs of the safari tour. When do you want your hot shower? At 6:30? One of the Tanzanians climbs a ladder outside of your tank, pours the hot water in, and shouts ready hot shower! and there you go. Lovely. Have you ever heard lions roaring near you, very near you, at night?We stayed in Tortilis Lake Manyara 1 night, Serengeti Tortilis Camp 2 nights and Ngorongoro Tortilis Camp 1 night. Amazing, what they can put together for lodging, food, drinks and warm welcome in the middle of nowhere. Such lovely people.The jeep was in very good order, very comfortable, if you can call that a jeep on a track, always cleaned and well maintained, cool box,The Staffs from Africa Joy Tours were always in contact with the guide to know, if everything was ok. Our guide PrayGod was a lot in contact with his friends, the other guides no matter which tour operator, to know, if there was anything special to see. That is how we once arrived at at anysite seeing the spectacular wildlife.Ngorongoro is one of the Wonders of the World. Paradise lost. All different animals living together and supplying each other, if you understand what I mean. Just so great. AMAZING safari with knowledgeable guide and excellent cook.We spent nine days safari in Tanzania with Dickson as guide and Franky as cook. The tour was very interesting Dickson told a lot about the wildlife and the plants. he really only wanted the best for us and went to the best spots and constantly listened to the radio so that he didnt miss the special animal sightings. In the morning and in the evening Franky spoiled us with his cooking skills. The food was varied and always very tasty and delicious. One could have visited local markets, villages and special buildings. We renounced however, since our interest was aimed exclusively at nature.We highly recommend Africa Joy Tours if you want an adventure of African safari

I traveled with my family to Tanzania knowing absolutely no one in the country and was greeted by our friendly guides Wilson immediately at the airport with a warm welcome and a beautiful picnic. They treated us like their own families throughout our entire adventure. They kept us safe, taught us lessons about Tanzania, took us to all most amazing parts of Africa (animals etc.), and drove defensively in difficult situations,Traveling across the world knowing no one is scary, but having Wilson by our sides made it exceptional, thoughtful, and safe. My family of 5 had a perfect vacation in Tanzania conducted by Africa joy tours. The booking process was easy because Clinton the owner allowed us to select the places we wanted to visit. Payment was done securely with Paypal. Our guide Isaac was knowledgeable, patient and easy going. The number of the animals we saw everyday in the parks wowed all of us and we got very nice shots. SUCCESSFULLY MT. MERU HIKING WITH AFRICA JOY TOURS.We did the 3-day Mt Meru hiking with Africa Joy Tours. TREKKING WITH AFRICA JOY WAS EXCELLENT.I just finished 6-days Machame route and made it to the top. So exciting!I would have made it without Raymonds help, he’s really friendly and helpful and thought about everything for you, all he want to do is to make you happy and enjoy the trekking.I came here alone and I’m not young, Raymond took care of me very well, even carrying water for me, to help me kept energy enough to focus on climbing.On the summit day, I was tired out and almost every 10 meters asked for a break, so we moved very very slowly, Raymond just waited aside and kept encouraging me. Till I made it.So,I really enjoy this memorable trip, and thanks a lot to Raymond, and his company, Africa Joy Tours!

We have spent 8 days with our guide Onesmo, discovering Serengeti, Lac Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire.Everything was great:- good communication before the safari (we planned the safari from france)- good planning and organisation- good food- good accomodation (tented camp is wonderful!)- good guide, who managed to find the Big Five for us!- proper lunch every day (and not pic nic box as we have seen with other safari agencies)- locally owned agency that employs local people- competitive price and very good service level- good carWe fully recommend!
