We had the African American Soul Food meal...wow. So flavorful, everything was so buttery and tasty just like I was in southern Georgia in the US! I also had the chocolate chip, pecan, toffee cookie, and everything just tastes like very quality ingredients are used. The food, and the nice, fresh ambiance of the restaurant is going to make this our new go-to. LivTanzania definitely approves!

Karibu Coffee is hands down the BEST coffee shop in Arusha. Its super chill, and the owner and staff are so kind. Most people dont like going to Usa Plaza because TRA is in the same building, but let me tell you: Dont skip out on visiting Karibu Coffee because of TRA! **LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE!!** You deserve to have yummy coffee and delicious food. They dont bother you anyway. Did I mention they have chicken and waffles?! IN TANZANIA!! What!?! Not only is it available, but its sooooo delicious. Legit the best place for American food, but also soul food. Anyway, the only thing theyre missing is wifi, but once they get that, Usa River is going to be POPPIN!

Nice ambiance and I enjoy going there to work. I was surprised they serve Chicken & Waffles in Tanzania.

I’m really excited about this coffee shop opening up. We don’t have any other cafés here in USA River where I can just go and work while I have my latté. The biggest surprise was that the coffee and baked goods are to die for! Oh, and that they serve lunch. If you’re visiting Arusha, you should definitely stop by for a visit.
