Good environment... play ground for kids.. nice meals and affordable

The hotel is fine, cleanness fine But the TVs do not work properly, the pictures are scrambled and they only have two or three channels to watch!!! No bath sandles or warm slippers to protect the feet on the cold Tukuyu weather.

If i could give zero stars i would. Service is horrible and food was nasty. I ordered beef on a stick (mishkaki) and they brought me chicken and rice. I also had a translator so i know they understood our order. This pic is what they brought me. It was the toughest chicken in the world. The sauce was horrible too. Nearly broke my teeth on this stringy old street bird!

You get what you pay for: US$40 per night at time of stay. and arguably the best youll get in Tukuyu.Comfortable bed, hot shower and passable food that didnt make anyone in our party sick. Apparently, service in the restaurant has improved since a year ago, when one would wait up to an hour and a half for food to arrive after ordering. Service in the restaurant could do with a smile (if there was a competition for indifference, theyd win hand down) and a little bit of service training.Only two Swahili TV channels.Location centrally in town, so can be noisy outside, but this usually dies down by 10pm.Rooms need some attention (dirty handmarks on the walls and finishing touches).At the time of stay, there were frequent interruptions of electricity service, especially at evening peak times, and although the hotels generator would be started up promptly, it seemed to struggle to cope.

The only hotel of its standard in tukuyu you pay 40,000 per night in the cheapest room. Good environment. Average customer service. If you have a car it will be washed when you get up. Continental breakfast

It is good hotel by appearance with good rooms where you could rest ,but it found near the tandale market where there is alot of noise .

It is one of the best hotels in Rungwe District where lots of tourist attractions are located.

I visited their other hotel at Matema beach, they are best

Very poor service generally. Untrained staff, poor rooms. Food takes ages to serve.

The Landmark Hotel is located at Tandale Market of Tukuyu and boundared by Tandale football ground, also the Hotel is opposed to the Office of Rungwe District Counsel.To the West is boundared by NSSSF office.

Toilets dont have seat covers and there are cob webs in the room.

Has a different price list for residents than for non-residents, the prices for non-residents being the double of the prices for residents. We didnt stay there.

This hotel, run locally, has a certain charm, ok it is budget and no bling bling but the atmosphere is unparalleled, good memories guaranteed. In the region there are beautiful banana plantations, beautiful mountains and a grand waterfall, look around there is more here than you suspect .. slightly different from the wild animals in the parks
