Why Tanga Uwasa always repeats and like to charge their Customers more and more than double price every Month when they send their Water bill into their Customers??? The rest money when you remove the correct exactly money bill according to the water meter reading, where its going and why they are making this???I wonder to see the engineer here in Tanga Uwasa mini office of Pongwe being have an Laboratory in his head and improve 100℅ that the meter which caused the reading of 464,000Tsh per Two Months instead of not more than 28,000Tsh per Two Months; when i ask how this happened he cant provide proper results except only saying the meter its correct and the bill its correct so we must pay no more way to avoid and also the meter will not go to be tested in the Laboratory of main Office to see if its working correctly or not!!!I wish the Government would work out to remove any Staff in this section who is not working correct except only finding to take out the rest money of non serious complainers Customers.
