One of a kind cafe in Tanga!Fast service. The waitress and hosts were very friendly too.Portions of food are pretty filling, Id recommend the grilled chicken sandwich and chocolate chip waffles!They also have homemade bread - multi-grain and rye (quite affordable). Both rare finds for Tanga.Definitely worth a visit.

The have AC. Good coffee as well. And free wifi for the first hour. I gave this pretentious place a one star because because the Indian owner only speaks and checks in on white customers. He ignored me and other local customers. If you are white this place is for you. Enjoy. I had a chicken panini it didn’t taste good at all. All I can say is the fries were better. Not coming back.

Very good cafe. Wonderful service, great food, lovely ambience. The ice teas and smoothies are just amazing and one should not leave without having waffles - will highly recommend

Great place, service was very good. Staff was super kind and helpful.i ordered the bean burger and it was really pleasing. Its nice to find places with real non fried vegan options. The wifi worked great and it is a great space to do a little work.

I was in Tanga for 2 days.. 30th Dec and 31st Dec.. our Musical Group had a show. HASHTAG became our go-to place for everything.. Coffee, Muffins, Waffles, Cakes, lunch and brunch.. we had The Best Fish & Chips here and coffees were delightful too. The lady owner was ever so charming and helpful.. Highly Recommended!!!

Everything about this cafe is SPOT on. Excellent choices on meals and drinks. The service was above par and one thing which we appreciated greatly is the availability of toys, which kept my Grandson very occupied. Kudos.

Best cafe Ive visited in Tanzania so far. Great coffee, smoothies and milkshake. Service is excellent and quick. AC is always working which makes it a good place to work.

Nice,clean, tidy, urban coffee shop for all of us missing from time to time european feeling of long black and brownie. Some small improvements would make this place to my favorite one in Tanga. A glass of sparkling water included to the tasty americano , temperated heating of brownee, propely frozen ice cream, some pillows for comfortable sitting, access to the coutch..But already well done, Hashtag ✌️

Whether you like pineapples or not, you want to take a sip of their pineapple coconut juice. Go in hungry on a morning and have their hashtag breakfast. Strong strong dawa to sort that cold out. Lovely place to get some online/screen work done, grab a snack with a friend, dinner date or quick lunch. Good wifi too and wonderful service!!!

Cute cafe with great shakes and juices. The falafel wrap and pizzas were tasty; the marinated chicken wrap could use a little more marinating. Very thick and ice-creamy shakes and the brownie with ice-cream was delicious. Friendly staff, fun decor and clean.

I like the nice setup of the cafe plus the food is great. I highly recommend Hashtag cafe.
