The most worst branch I have ever come across in my experience, there are no rules to cue in lanes for customers, u can be in the lane for 40mins and someone else who walks in can be served before you , understaffed , no customer service, I went to customer service to put in my recommendations I was told not to use that branch if I was not happy

Its a CRDB Tanga branch... The bank is in well physical condition and provide quality financil services
