In Songea town, here you can find a swimming pool...Place is cool and véry well located

I stayed a night here....I had very bad experience.....No Towels & Toiletries, No WiFi, No Extension in room working, No Breakfast....it ruin my Stay.....Management should understand how staff is running the name of such good property....I would advise planning to stay their, should confirm everything in advance

This place looks like to be serious when you arrive, but actually The service is horrible. We ordered not so difficult dishes, and after more then one hour we were told some meals werent available. After another hour we received our food that wasnt good and dramatically spicy. We asked in the afternoon then to prapair wine for 13 people but there were available just 3 bottle of wine. We will never come back

This hotel dont even deserve 1 star... very limited option for food specially in breakfast.... poor hospitality... lack of common sence...Servise is very slow... you will starve once you place an order for food... but still you wont get food on time.....In breakfast whatever you asked for is fininshed even before start of breakfast....Only good about this hotel is infrastructure....

Best hotel in the region, very new with 5 star facilities. Spacious and superbly designed rooms, nice restaurant and clean swimming pool.

It was a great relief to run into this modern place in an old and not so promising town!! This place is a little jewel in the midst of the dust of Songea!!!!

The rooms are acceptable and thefacility wouldnt be bad if the service was just enough.Unfortunately not even reach the most basic standards: Terrible breakfast, waiters who do not understand English, in the rooms there are no towels and from a reservation for a double room they had prepared 2 single rooms!
