2/5- Poor customer service- Poor water system especial hot water- Very very slow in almost everything i.e registration, orders- Good in listening but very poor in delivering- Chips Mayai order can even an hour to be deliveredGreat room setup, look view and location but go with less expectations

Good hotel in Singida in the Lake side ,,has awesome view of the lake and with a large concentration of water birds, A Bird watchers Paradise ,Lots of Species of Water bird ,paleartic Migrants and other birds ,Good Rooms and Food.A place recommended for any Traveller.

Yes its right on the shallow lake , never seen anyone try to swim on the lake, i stayed here for a week in 2016 , standard rooms 40,000 TZ shs , menu was so so , never tried the fish but the chicken will send you to the dentist,.

Place is good but room service and room hygiene is bad... staffs are not good in service.They dont know how to write receipt. I decided not to visit this hotel again...Very bad management... poor mantàinance. Food is not good, very very poor options for breakfast.
