Received confirmation from my bank that payment has been. Owner denied payment although a CRDB officer investigated and told him that payment wa made. Owner took us to police station who confirmed that there was no case. Owner still wanted to keep us at hotel until according to him payment reflects. Were treated like criminals in front of CRDB with people starring at us.

The customer service is amazing. they should continue to respect their customers as I saw them doing.

Located in a less busy location. Good rooms and very cool restaurant with delicious African dishes.

The hotel is good starting Tzs 40k per night, but the room doesnt have AC.

While you are Singida you may stay in this hotel. Hotel is just very close to Singida town, just walking distance. There is parking, security and bed breakfast
