Very conveniently situated has a coffee shop a jewelry store and an interesting visitors info centre with tonnes of information on the wildlife found in the Serengeti area. You can get some basic knowledge on animal behavior, animal types and different sub-species found in the area

Good place to gain some knowledge of the Serengeti wild life.There is also goof cafe to buy lunch if you are bored with packed lunches everyday.Can also buy beer and other drinks.They are many kinds of Animal bone and skulls on display.Bathrooms are nice and clean.

Excellent visitor center. Cokes are two bucks but not very cold. Free wifi works great. Chubby hyraxes everywhere. Theres a neat interpretative trail with a Vista overlook and a souvenir shop. Clean free bathrooms.

Very nice place, Fortunately we had a very experienced guide guy, who knew the address of all the five big. The camp we choose was excellent.

It is a nicely laid out 15 minute walk .young enthusiastic guide takes you around telling you about the Flora& fauna . you need to tip the guide .theres a separate raised viewpoint near the trail that gives a great view.its a pleasant experience but not a big deal if you miss it.also serves as a look stop

The Serengeti is, simply, an incredible place! Where else can you see these animals in their (true) unencumbered habitat?If you get a chance for a land/camera safari here, you should NOT miss it!

Nice exhibits. Interpretive walk is worth a visit. The history of this park is fascinating. I wish the information desk would have sold better quality maps such as the one posted on all the signs made by the Harvey and the Frankfurt Zoological Society.

Really nice Visitors Centre with lots of good information. We even had a german speaking tour guide without asking for one. He was so professional and well educated on all the topics. Great experience for us here. Tanzania rocks.

Very informative and peaceful visitor center. Good place to learn about the serengeti on your own pace. The trail takes about 45 minutes depending how much and how fast you read.

A nice place to stretch legs after long day in the jeep. It has guides to take you around and share with you their knowledge of Serengeti and its wildlife. It has a picnic site and very clean bathrooms

A good place to stop and rest/eat for anyone going to Seronera. Good environment and lots to do. Tanzanite shop available too, very nice jewels!

The Serengeti Visitors Centre (Seronera) was the best Ive visited. The interactive tour was very interesting and our guide answered our many questions enthusiastically and with excellent English. The centre is set in and around a kopje which provides a fascinating and beautiful backdrop for the many informative displays, sculpture, sunbaking lizards and sleepy hyrax. It was great to explore an actual kopje without worrying about meeting a Simba family. Plan to spend at least 1 hour.

Nice place to visit for coffee/lunch and bathroom stop , you can do a short walk on a trail within the kopjes and enjoy being in touch with two different types of hyrax, great snery, few birds and cool vegetation but a lot of info about Serengeti ecology ang background as well as the community around.

The visitors center is stopover. The staff is well informed. They generously answer questions and share their thoughts and ideas.

We were the only ones.. at the place...so our room had no running toilet water no hot water and no code for the safe,The view although is breathtaking,The food and service was good

For tourists travel by air to Kilimanjaro airport may get car for here through many tourists companys at the airport, Moshi or Arusha or may take charter services from Kilimanjaro airport(Kia ) to Serengeti airport then can visit the center about 2km from the strip airport .
