Always fabulous! The reason why I go back time after time. My hideaway away from the crowds with rooms overlooking the turquoise Indian Ocean in the comfort of my own privacy! The full moon rising over the ocean is something to experience that you cannot even describe in in words, from your room! Staff and management so friendly and spontaneous.

We stayed here 3 nights to end our Tanzania trip. The location and view from the rooms are stunning. The private beachfront of these rooms are a wonderful way to relax. The entire property is just beautiful and well put together. The staff is friendly and attentive. The menu changes each day and has several options to choose from, all meals were great. Loved this place; so much love and thought gone into the rooms, the gardens. The F&B options were great and staff were always really friendly and attentive. The privacy of the villas was a great touch.

What an amazingly tranquil place! If youre looking to unwind this is the place to do it. Lovely bungalows right on the edge of a small coral cliff with the sound of the Indian ocean lapping against it. High quality food and great service. A very chilled out pool and bar area with plenty space for guests to find a spot to vegetate. Sunday Sessions is a treat adding a festive atmosphere with music and pizza. Well be back.

My wife and I got married here on Feb 14. Chris and his staff were prompt, friendly, courteous and attentive to all our needs. They helped us arrange everything we needed from laundry to a wedding officiant. Really took a lot of the stress out of everything. The decorations were amazing and the view from our cottage was spectacular! Whether youre looking for a wedding venue or a great place to stay, in Zanzibar, I highly recommend Seasons Lodge!

I only stopped by from next door for food and drinks, and they were delicious. The property is much larger, and a lot more stunning than it appears from the oceanside view. I enjoyed relaxing there for lunch and dinner, and the vibe is very chill. Great time and great service.

One of the most beautiful and chilled places to stay in Sansibar! A really magical place to stay. Beautiful scenery the beach is incredible. The rooms are just breathtaking with the ocean right outside. We fully relaxed and was an unforgettable stay. We stayed as a couple and it was perfect to relax and unwind here in pongwe.

What an amazing experience. Hidden in Pongwe it is one of the best resort Ive visited in a long time. The view is absolutely breathtaking and Christopher and his team goes out of their way to make the experience as memorable as possible. There are a range of activities that you can organise on and off the premises. Breakfast is amazing and there are a choice of different full or half board lunch and suppers. Will definitely like to visit again.

My husband, my son and I spent amazing moments at Seasons Lodge. The hotel room is rustic-majestic, and the view of the white sand and sky blue ocean from the comfort of our room is breathtaking. Sleeping and waking up to the sounds of the waves was simply refreshing. The hotel staff so nice and welcoming, and kid-friendly. We had lifetime memories and the imagery and heavenly beauty of the hotels fusion with flowers, sand and ocean, will always be engraved in our minds, and bring us a wide smile when we think about our trip there.

Do not expect the best things, but expect to have a wonderful journey directly on the beach! And i mean it! Wether a cottage or a sea view room (we tried both) you will love sleeping with open doors and hearing the voice of the ocean while high and low tide! Amazing chilling areas! Amazing staff! I strongly recommend this place.

By far this is the best place in Zanzibar! Cabins are rustic, clean, very spacious and have spectacular view of the sea. Not to mention they are very private and secluded. Staff is amazing and goes above and beyond your expectation. The chef in the kitchen creates amazing dishes fresh every day. Since its smaller place its quiet, secluded, and chilling. In the future we stay only here again!

Paradise. The staff are always happy and willing to assist. The tide goes out for miles revealing and awesome white beach with rock pools teeming with crabs n fish. The beach huts here are really comfortable and the sea views are breathtaking. Special mention to Grayson who went over and above to make sure our stay was everything we had dreamed it would be.

This lodge has amazing beachfront views from the bed. The staff are great. The food is good. The site is nicely done. Dont drive the straight road from town unless youre in a tank. Stick to the tarmac. Honestly though, if youre looking to sleep as close to the sea as possible come here.

This resort deserves more than the 5 stars Google offers. This is a very laid back atmosphere, great facilities and beach front, really good food and a vast variety of drinks. Chris and his team is the best, also happy to help with any request and always offered friendly service no matter the time of the day or night.

I didnt stay here, but I did get breakfast while visiting nearby. The coffee was a full French press, which was a pleasant surprise. It was on the pricey side, given that Im closer to a backpacker than a luxury vacationer, and Id have liked more a la carte options but the relative remoteness of the hotel might make that a bit hard.

The Seasons Lodge is heaven on earth. We stayed there 3 days and it was our best experience in Zanzibar. The place is excellent in several ways. The service is spectacular and practically personalized, they call you by name. They are always ready to give you a good experience, help you with what is needed and make you feel special. The decor is rustic, harmonious and very romantic. Sensational location provides all the time a beautiful view of the sea. From our cabin it was possible to watch the sunrise, practically from the foot of the bed, on a private mini-beach.All the meals we made were simply delicious. The dirtiest and most unkept place I ever been to.Its a shame as the settings and the ideas are fantastic.It surely was a paradise some time (long time) so, but now it is just awful to see how badly it is managed.The bathrooms areaextremely dirty.You need to use shoes everywhere also inside the house.The floor hasnt been washed in decades.What a shame for such a fantastic place.This is a 4 star foing nowhere until they change owner and invest a lot in cleaning the place up, repairing, maintaining and adding services.

We loved spending our last few days on Zanzibar at the Seasons Lodge. Our favorite thing was waking up with sunrise views over the water... from our bed.The location is perfect to visit the beautiful beaches of the east coast

5 star experience. Very well organized in all departments. From food, accommodation, hospitality, set-up, etc. Theres a pool table, a table tennis, bicycles and kayaks all for complementary. Outstanding! Cant get better than this!

Cosy & Private Slice of Paradise. Take off your shoes n let your feet soak in the soft sand. Enjoy Pristine Views of am Azure Turquoise Blue ocean that rises n draws back with changes in the Tide. Hold your Breath to one of the Spectacular views of the Sun rising from the East Coast. My Pictures dont really Justify what Ive written here coz I only arrived there at sunset & didnt have enough Daylight. Will go back again next weekend to capture more Spectacular memories & pictures. Their Rooms offer Privacy & Intimacy with a Section of the Beach thats only Visible to you. Everything including the open Restaurant & Lounge areas are on the edge of a Coral Rock. Will go Back asap & share more Pictures n updates.

Can I just give a shout out to this hidden gem- the rooms are on a coral reef and you have kind of like ur own private beach, and look at the view from my bed.I have posted it belowIt’s a small hotel, with a few rooms in a secluded area.Perfect for honeymoonersTheir meals are prefixed and delicious - and they have their meal tables also overlooking the beach.So breathtakingThe only downside- the beach has too many corals and you can’t really swim in it

Big pets :)Very good location - Relatively good access to every corner of the island, which I consider to be a huge plus because commuting can be sometimes lengthy and troublesome.Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied +++++One small minus is the communication problems with the waitresses :)

A little corner of paradise far from the mass tourism of the north of the island and the large impersonal hotels. Here everything is done for your relaxation and your comfort: the bungalows are large, clean, the swimming pool very pleasant and well maintained, the delicious cuisine based on fish and seafood brought by the fishermen themselves. Not really a beach where to laze at high tide in front of the lodge but charming relaxation areas are set up everywhere and you have a mini beach with deckchairs in front of your bungalow and the swimming pool. We are at home and the team led by Christopher is smiling and attentive. Lovers of shopping and dj refrain, here we rest, we walk to the coral reef at low tide, we fish, we dream in front of this incredible view. Beach party on Sunday with piped music. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay!

The view from the lodge is magnificent, you have a small private beach which overlooks the top of the rocks with the sea below accessible by not very practical stairs.The lodges could use a refresh, the doors do not close well and open at night due to the wind, the curtains that are too small allow light to pass through. The room where you leave the clothes smells of damp after 8night my clothes stank of dampness!Cockroach in the bathroom, as soon as you take a shower the bathroom is full of water and a lot of blackout.On Sundays there is a day-evening with music where locals come to enjoy the hotel, it is very noisy from noon to midnight and they do not respect the people who stay at the hotel.Postcard place which is like in the photos but once there you realize that it is not worth the price because many small details come to remove the charm of this place.Stay too long for me (8 nights) because there is nothing to do in the surroundings and the hotel does not offer any activities there is indeed a ping-pong and billiards table but the rackets are in poor condition and there is lack of billiard balls.The pool is small if there are people who cannot fit in it.However pleasant staff and the 3 dogs add a bonus to the hotel.

Incredibly large and clean rooms.The evening dinner changes every evening, very good nothing to say, with vegetarian option👌🙏If I had to choose just one hotel to return to it would definitely be this one. ♥ ️😍

It is a great place, if what you are looking for is to rest and throw yourself to the bartola in paradise.To put only one downside, they are not prepared for the rain. It rained for a day and a half and absolutely everything gets wet. They had to give us dinner in the room.
