Pangani is a very good place, silent and safe, the beach has an amazing atmosphere. I like the people here are kind and things are moderate price.There are good hotels and healthcare. Good place to visit.Public bus fare is around 1 dollar from Tanga town, and transport is accessible from 7:00 to 19:00 hours
