Loved it! If you want to spend your holiday in a serene place with a nice pool area you should stay in WHY NOT VILLAS. It is only 15 meters to the beach. It is surely in the heart of Paje. You have everything in order to cook at home but if you want to taste local food which is amazing can find very nice restaurants around. The owner of the villa has own water sports center if you want to experience kite surfing, diving, paddleboard, so on.. Zanzibar is one of the best places for kite surfing just contact him and enjoy your adventure.Can’t wait to come back here.

Rooms are good and communication with airbnb host was good. Early checkin at 1200 was no problem.Aircon works. We feel comfortable and good to enjoy holiday.Price is fair. (~45usd per night)Good location. 3 min to beach and 3 min to shops to buy fresh fruits and other stuff...

Why NOT THIS villa!This is about expectation and reality.My friends and I were totally surprised and shocked by this villa. We saw the photos, read the reviews, we expected to get ALL OF IT for more than $3000 we paid..But what is the reality?At first - Mud! The house is very, very dirty... Dust, sand, spiders net everywhere, the floors are very dirty, the smell of toilet and damp, obviously mold, leaky and dirty bedding, dirty and smelly pillows and mattress, dirty plumbing, shower, sink, toilet... Cleaning is just a word, it seems like it has never been cleaned WELL here. I decided to wash the toilet by myself and, not surprisingly, I did it good just using laundry detergent. Its not so hard, take 10 minutes, but make another picture and toilet looks not so scary. Because it looked and smelled worst than toilet in the beach cafe we were going every day.And I did it once and no one clean bathrooms at all after me (and also before no one cleaned it good), even if here is housekeeping. Yes, this lady can wash the dishes, wash the clothes, once in a few days she washed the floor (which got dirty at next day). But trash from the rooms has never been taking away, bathrooms and toilets has never been washed... This house NEEDS to be totally CLEANED and REFRESHED. Photos you see here are not truly.Second.. There were also constant everyday problems with electricity, water and pool... Just imagine. You came from the beach, salty and sandy, but there is no warm water, or water at all, or electricity, or pool is dirty again and cant be used... One day electricity turned off at night and we saw it was only in our house and electricity meter showed no credit... No relax, no good sleep, no joy of staying.We expected to see an authentic African-style house, clean, bright, well-kept, monitored, in which everything repairs. But, to our great regret, we did not receive it ... It is very pity for the money we spent.Yes, villa is close to the beach, has not a bad internet, seems and feels safety most of all. Thats it.No nice coach inside (we got only mattress on the 4th day) or any other outside furniture to spend time. Tables and chairs in the house are uncomfortable.In the kitchen it was absolutely impossible to cook, the coocker does not heat, it was dirty and rusty... There is no glass on the windows and dirt penetrates to the house very easily. Another house was built next door. Because of this it was very noisy and dirty, sometimes at 5 in the morning. When we first went into the house, we thought that it was abandoned... A great disappointment.So, if you want to come here, just be ready to be surprised :) I dont know people who satisfied by staying here and writing good reviews, maybe they think it should be in this way, like this is Africa, so its ok, dont wait for better and comfortable things?..Thanks Jingy, he tried to help with all the problems, but honestly it was not enough. :) And thanks for cheap transfer to airport.

Amazing place to chill.Private and the location is on one of the most amazing beaches in Zanzibar.
