Just call as a client because the first time I came the sale woman was polite and professional not rude like the man I got on the phone. When you have a good service usually you go to see the same person. why....simple to dont face rude vendor.

I dont recommend Marcelo, here is why!I purchased from them twice, the first order took 2.5 months instead of two weeks they promised, and they were not responding to msgs or calls soon after i placed my order for some items and if they did they had unsatisfactory and sometimes harsh answers, Surprisingly when the items arrived they made it wrongly and some with poor quality! Not like what you see in their instagram posts!I thought may be it just happened and it was only one mistake so i saw other items, i decided to contact Marcelo the CEO himself and reminded him of my previous bad experience, he was cooperative before i placed the order and promised that it wont happen again, as usual requested for advance payment which i immediately send to him. Then guess what followed! Unanswered calls, un-replied texts, and occasionally Marcelo himself would reply a call and say he is busy!!!At one point he dared to tell me that he is not the workshop man so i shouldnt ask him!!! Really!! This second order took three months (they actually got worse). And when it was done,again some items were not as agreed, this time i had to reject and they had to take two more weeks rectifying.And they still didnt send the items in time. Marcelo as a CEO is a total disappointment, and actually showed no remorse after all that!! His staffs are no better!UNRECOMMENDED!!!
