Enthusiatic staff but low key. Beach is great, distance to town too far to walk for shopping. You are away from the kite crowds to the south and the 5 star hotels to the north. Need to bring some own supplies, since breakfast etc is hostel level

Very nice accomodation for Zanzibar options. Staff was friendly, too pushy when they offered tours. Value for money was perfect, very good were little things like we had where to put wet swimsuits or we had small showers infront of bungalows, so we can wash our foot from sand... location perfect, quite, but very close to the beach. When you want something not in pricelist, try some bargain, they really like to start higher then they need. That with the tour selling was only downwards... but I recommend this place.

Good, clean rooms with air conditioning , very friendly staff, nice breakfast and a stones throw away from the beach. Local shops are within 5 mins walk, including a grocery store and a bakery.

Good location, nice rooms, but without equipment, e.g. wardrobe, so we had all our clothes on the ground. Staff friendly, still around, little bit slow, but you know, Africa time, hakuna matata :). Breakfasts still the same. But still, we were satisfied and happy there!

Quiet, peaceful little hotel. Rooms in villas of 2 rooms for 1 house with private verandas. The room has a shower, air conditioner, ceiling fan, refrigerator, hairdryer, four-poster beds, kettle, extension adapter for euro-socket. The room has Wi-Fi. The water pressure is average, the Internet periodically falls off, the light sometimes turns off for a short time. Everything is not critical. The breakfasts are the same type, as in most of the Zanza - eggs, toast, fruit, pancake, coffee. The location is good, from the back door 2 minutes to the ocean. From the central 2 minutes to the square, opposite the entrance, there is a good restaurant with reasonable prices. In general, positive impressions remained

Quite good cheap hotel. Very close to the sea, restaurants and shops. Well-groomed area, the rooms are quiet.Of the minuses - the rooms do not have wardrobes or shelves, weak water pressure, monotonous breakfasts. Some rooms have a problem with hot water and air conditioning.

First, they sent me a letter that the check-out is at 7.30 am, although the booking says at 10.30 am, 2 weeks before arrival, they canceled my booking when there were no other cheap places left. When I asked why, they began to tell tales that they had repairs. Dont waste your time in this place

A few very large rooms all overlook a very pretty garden. It is very clean and the staff is really very friendly and always ready to solve your problems. You sleep beautifully. We have air conditioning and a good breakfast is included in the price
