Whatever you want to eat, this is the place. It is useless to mention the pizza considering that the management is Italian, because it is not the only excellent dish .. this place is certainly also the best for enjoying fish away from strong and altered flavors. The location is friendly and very welcoming. It is the right place to collect good memories and pleasant evenings .. this is my opinion, but also all my customers always return very satisfied!

A great little spot to have some wood fired pizza. They are decent sized thin crust pizzas - We ordered two pizzas between two people and was very full by the end. Service is friendly. Would recommend.

Delicious food made w fresh ingredients and at similar cost to other restaurants at Nungwi beach. The 4 cheese pasta was delicious. The cheeseburger was also excellent but a bit dry. 5 star strong cocktails

Finally some good food in Zanzibar! I’m just sorry that we didn’t discover this place earlier. The food is really good, Italian style, I recommend it to everyone who is tired with the local food.

The best pizza in Zanzibar and for sure some of the most friendly and kind people Ive met on the island. Here was one of the few restaurants where the breakfast order was every morning correctly brought, according to my special requests, and I really appreciated the flexibility and the willingness to do their best for me. All of the other reviews are true, the food here is excellent! I wish I could take home a loaf of the bread the bruschetta is served on. The wood fired thin crust pizza was delicious. My husband and I split one pizza but the next time we go we will each get our own because we don’t want to share. Thank you!

Food is good, but we ordered 1 coke and 2 fanta and got 3 cokes. The food tastes good but the portion of pasta are small, if you a big eater you leave hungry while the prices are a bit higher then normal. For dessert we ordered tiramisu and altought it tastes really nice that was probably chocolate cake and not tiramisu! So if you order something and they dont have it they just bring something else instead without telling you. Pizza was really nice with thin crispy base.

If youre in Nungwi, you definitely have to jump in for a cocktail or a pizza, or just take both! Thats how we did: We had the best Caipirinha and pizza here so far. The staff was also incredibly nice, Aloyce helped us improve our Swahili skills and made the most beautiful cocktails. So maybe youll miss the sea view, but you wont miss incredible tasty and totally afordable food and drinks in a really nice ambiente.

The 4 formaggi pizza was very good as was the sea food. The bruscetta not so much. A little bit faster than other places ( it takes around 30 minutes to get your order )

Pizzas are real italian. Enjoyed it. The place is not sea view. Tiramisu oh my it is not tiramisu at all. It is a cake with choco syp. Italians think we dont know what tiramisu is eh!

Was able to eat when all the other restaurants had already closed their kitchen (21:30) and Im glad they were closed. Excellent food and drinks and a friendly service. 100% recommend it.

Well. Honestly the pizza is really good but be very careful about the bar - the serving size of shot is 20 ml grams only which is a double less than a standard one. They serve you as a Doble shot and finally you will pay double price. Was very upset when got our bill. Management was not helpful at all, they said no sorry for that. That just our restaurant serving size so fuoff 😡

The best place for pizza in Nungwi. Weve been there four times, Diavola pizza was my favourite! All ingredients fresh and high quality, pizza was delicious. Anyone who is wondering if the place is worth to visit Im saying it definetely is. :)

We dined at this cafe and did not regret it: seafood soup and 4 cheese pizza were very tasty. The owner is Italian, the oven is wood-burning, all the cheese is real and there are really 4 types. The waiter warned that there were no octopuses, although we ordered seafood pizza first. We did not refuse the soup, but re-ordered the pizza. This pizza is not made everywhere in Italy. The prices are normal.

A safe bet in Nungwi. Mostly Italian food, but you can also try some typical dishes from the island. Calm atmosphere and good presentation.

We rested in Nungwi for 20 days and had lunch for the first 10 days, sometimes we had dinner here. From the beginning everything was fine. But one day we were given fish of the day, clearly not the first freshness, in the evening the Shrimps were also missing. As a result, my wife was hospitalized with poisoning. Two days under a drip. There is no ice in Zanzibar! Refrigerators do not work well. Often turn off the lights or low voltage, there are a lot of flies! Maybe there was poisoning in another place, but that the seafood was not fresh, it is for sure! Were treated at the Global Hospital in Stone Town.

Good pizza.Cocktails nothing more.The food is good but I take a star off for the location which is in the middle of a market. To reach the restaurant and to get out of it, you have to drive away a dozen merchants who are trying to lure you into their shop.But thats the game pretty much everywhere in Zanzibar.

Delicious cuisine, very polite service, orders were prepared for 15 minutes, curtains were hung, seeing that we are a little annoyed by the sun. Ordered a seafood salad, curry with seafood and two mango-pineapple juices. Everything was very tasty. In total it cost 46 thousand shillings. This is the first place we visited in 4 days, where the fish is deliciously cooked, it is not dry, like the competitors, but juicy. The food is great, we did not stay hungry. But there are small drawbacks, the salad is not as much seafood as competitors, but more vegetables. We also failed to identify squid and shrimp among seafood, although they were on the menu and should have been included in our dishes. I was also surprised by the lack of juice (they wanted to order second portions, but said that the juices were over, but later some visitors ordered the juice and brought it to them). In general, the impressions are more positive and given these shortcomings should be rated 4, but since the institution just appeared on the map and the staff is polite, service is fast and we see a lot of visitors here every day, I put 5 in advance. I hope these shortcomings will be corrected in the future.

Seafood and the avocado salad were fresh & good, the cheeseburger was unfortunately bad (tasted like paper). Portion size is just OK, prices are the same as in all tourist restaurants - in future we will prefer to eat directly by the sea again.

Good restaurant at average prices in Nungwi. It is an Italian with authentic Italian dough. They use a good tomato base in their pizzas and the place is tastefully decorated. A must to try a pizza one day, yes after having tried local food before.
