Great place to share a spread of vegetarian Indian food amongst friends - Priya serves up a buffet of delicious starters and curries at a very reasonable price.I have been 3 times and each time Priya has outdone herself with the starters, which really are the star of the show.Bookings are made directly with Priya (call/WhatsApp).Difficult place to find: way in is through a nondescript gate between two stalls on Mtakuja street diagonally opposite the I&M bank. Bring your own drinks.

Priya is very flexible for cooking vegan options if that is what youre into. We went twice and felt the dinner was a great option. Note you pretty much have to call the number listed to find Priyas Place, and also to set a reservation.

Priyas place is fantastic. You have to book in advance but all the food is brilliant. Its all non-meat but even as a carnivore I found it phenomenal

One of the best places to eat in all of Mwanza. Great discovery!The entrance to the house of Priya is a little hidden, see the photo of the street to be located.As soon as you enter, Priya welcomes you in his house (with prior reservation of at least one day before), and offers you a vegetarian menu consisting of several starters and two main dishes.Everything cooked in the moment in front of you and incredibly good.We recommend you not eat anything that day because you can not with everything.Before putting each dish on the table, explain its ingredients and preparation.Exquisite everything.Thanks Priya!
